I actually like it when ships hurt each other in long lasting and unforgiveable ways. I like it when they leave vicious, glaring scars. I like when they leave traumas. I like when they stab each other and torture each other and ruin each other’s lives and violate every inch of each other’s values. and I like it when they fucking kill each other permanently dead. 

Forgot how fucking unhinged and dark SP was. By page 30 of the first book we already have a grown man being full on set on killing a 12 year old child, literally choking her, as well as Skul not hesitating to burn someone alive (don't mind that he wasn't successful with that) and shooting said man for good measure right in front of that kid

I will always love unhinged lucemond the most, but I also enjoy it when they are soft with eachother. Cuddling during the calm before the storm. Slow kisses under a thick blanket. Fingers carding gently through dark curls and long silver hair. An eyepatch and a sapphire laying discarded on the bedside table. Just two beasts, two dragons, resting. Feeling safe and relaxed in eachothers presence.
