Fancharacter-ified player character, with lower and upper floor variations
Years back I ran one of the multiple "my little pony character but human" blogs for Vinyl Scratch.
It never came up but the setting was specifically that She was the Vinyl of a magical girl AU but everyone but the mane 6 and the princesses were unaware of that fact.
About a month back I had a dream about this bonkers anime that was like Fooly Cooly, Bayonetta, Heaven's Lost Property and MegaMan Zero thrown in a blender.
It was super queer (big surprise subconscious) and had a tone whiplash combo of the most generic 'sexy anime male gaze' fanservice and esoteric robotfucker "this isn't fanservice to most people and to the rest of them it's flat out porn" fanservice.
The main robot was being hunted by angel robots and might have been actual angels? They made a random nearby machine into a weapon arm about once an episode. The Garbage person/audience stand in had a different gender/aesthetic every other scene but was definitely just one character.

Got an Echidna adopt from @gh0stselkie
Getting a feel for them, gonna’ call them Jacaranda
Day 8- Past
Laika and Pomme on the Angel Nest.
The setting for The Old Frontier is the reclamation of ruins on the planet's surface by the survivors of a utopian space colony following a disaster known as the StOS (surface to orbital strike)
Two Characters I made for the setting are Laika and Pomme, fiances who met before the disaster on the ring shaped space station (Angel Nest) and survived to find each other on the surface. One of their favorite date spots was an orchard with a fixed planet facing window, looking at a world they never expected to visit and sharing a piece of fruit.
Another set of Old Frontier characters, this time the underlying inspiration was "Holocure meets Azure Dreams"
Player character would have a gender slider that changes nothing but dialogue pronouns, maybe the image of them would black out and reload, so it seems like it's a different image despite being identical?
I see it.
Bought My first adopt, an adorable harp seal from dior/drakenstel over on Twitter. I’ve drawn them, now I need to name them.
Colors and body parts are traditional naming conventions, as are synonyms for speed. I could also go with something musical, because “harp” seal, or a name from Greenland because their habitat is off the coast from there.
