STOP saying “just one more bite” and drink some water
STOP saying “one day”, today is the day.
STOP saying it’s only one plate.
STOP making excuses and make today the day. It’s never to late to start. If you want it, work for it. Go take a run, walk around your neighborhood. Do some squats or sit-ups. Stop sitting there and binging when you could be drinking tea and burning calories right now.
