I can't stress enough how happy I am to see someone with the same type of brain worms that i have
Little notebooks
The design on the covers is delivery bag paper
Also one of like two other artists there was a guy with a funger fan art that I saw on Twitter
Because no matter how many people are there on the internet odds to run into someone in a tiny gay bar in Argentina are pretty high
Visited a russian-speaking lgbt immigrants fair (god what a mouthful)
It had an extra hour in a ball pit
And this guy who wasn't selling anything he just sat there and painted. I heard him say "well I just excepted a magical way of life"
I'm planning to become this guy when it's time for me to retire
POV: kitten
You know what I'm obsessed with? How internet slang is adapted to different languages
Like "lol" for example. In Russian we just type "лол" which sounds the same but is no longer an abbreviation for "laughing out loud". But at least it sounds the same, so if you know what the original meant it makes sense to just type it in Cyrillic like that to save time.
But then there is XD. Which looks like a face. And in Russian we did the same and started typing "ХД". So it no longer looks like a face. And the russian "x" actually represent a "h" or "kh" sound. So it lost BOTH original meaning AND sound, but is still used in place of "XD". You might think that it's to save time, but people never type ":д" instead of ":D", they switch to English for that one alone and then don't switch for "хд" in the same post!
I don't know what about it is so fascinating for me but it's FASCINATING
