Broccoli Apple Crunch Salad

A refreshing and crunchy salad featuring vibrant broccoli, sweet apples, and a creamy dressing that ties it all together.

Ingredients 4 cups small diced broccoli florets 2 small gala apples, cored and diced 1 cup walnuts 1 cup matchstick carrots, roughly chopped ½ cup golden raisins or dried cranberries ¼ cup chopped red onion Dressing ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt 1/3 cup Hellman’s or Best Foods Mayonnaise (full fat) 1 ½ Tbsp apple cider vinegar 3 Tbsp honey Salt

Instructions For the dressing: In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, vinegar, honey, and season with salt to taste (about ¼ tsp). Chill until ready to use.

For the salad: In a salad bowl, toss together broccoli, apples, walnuts, carrots, raisins or cranberries, and red onion. Pour in the dressing and toss until evenly coated.

Candles flicker in the soft, dim light, Their glow dances, shadows take flight. In the air, a tension thick and still, Each breath you take, time seems to spill, Your heartbeat echoes in the night.

I move closer, skin begins to hum, A touch so light, it leaves you numb. The warmth of flesh meets a cooler breeze, A gentle shiver, weak at the knees, In every whisper, senses drum.

“Kneel,” I say, the word’s a chain, You lower down, embrace the strain. The floor is cold against your skin, A sharp reminder of the sin, The warmth you feel, the sweet pain.

Around you, I walk, a careful tread, My touch upon your neck like lead. A pressure firm, it calms your mind, In every breath, my strength you find, And in this dance, your fears are shed.

“Good,” I whisper, approval shown, My fingers trace the collar’s tone. “Stay still,” I say, hands behind your back, Submission’s act, no will to lack, In perfect pose, you are my own.

A leash is drawn, leather smooth and strong, It brushes skin, where it belongs. “You are mine,” a breath so near, The words you crave, the voice you hear, A whispered song, a righted wrong.

“Look up,” the order soft but clear, Your eyes meet mine, devoid of fear. The collar gleams in candle’s light, Reflecting power, pure and bright, In this embrace, you’re held so dear.

The mirror shows a submissive sight, A vision framed in candlelight. The collar snug, the posture true, A silent vow, a bond we grew, In this reflection, see your plight.

Each moment builds, the leash in hand, A soft command, you understand. Around the room, we softly glide, In every step, you swell with pride, This is the place where you can stand.

The bed awaits, the night unfolds, With gentle care, the tale is told. Cool sheets whisper against your skin, In every rustle, pleasure’s thin, Our bodies join where warmth beholds.

I fluff the pillows, each soft sound, Your breath, the music, all around. Your body lies, the chill embraced, In every sigh, our hearts are paced, A tranquil night, our joy profound.

Handel’s strains hum in the air, A soothing melody, soft and rare. I lift your hair, the touch is kind, Nipple clamps cool, sensations bind, A delicate dance, the pleasure shared.

The riding crop comes into play, Its rhythmic beat, a guiding sway. Each strike a kiss, a tender sound, In every hit, our love is found, The impact echoes, pleasure’s way.

The metal clips, they catch the light, A contrast sharp, in soft delight. The chain’s soft jingle, leather’s grace, Each movement builds, a steady pace, In our embrace, all fears take flight.

The crop’s firm touch, a rhythmic tease, Each sound and stroke, a plea to please. The pleasure rises, heat entwined, Our bodies sync, desires aligned, In this moment, joy is seized.

The rhythm shifts, the pleasure grows, In every stroke, our passion shows. Warmth and wetness, intertwined, With every pulse, our hearts aligned, Our release, a shared crescendo flows.

As the climax nears, the heat is felt, A warmth inside, where pleasures melt. The intimate sounds, our bodies twine, In this embrace, our souls combine, Each pulse and sigh, a love bespoke.

The aftercare, with soft, calm grace, A blanket draped, a tender trace. Our breaths align, in gentle peace, The night’s soft end, a sweet release, In this stillness, our hearts find place.
