Rec Center and City Park + Splash Pad (CC)

I’ve recently been making a lot of community lots because I love having places for my sims to go when they leave the house and I like making them family friendly so everyone can have a good time. 

So I present to you two community lots. The first one is a rec center (based on a real life boys and girls club) that offers art classes, music classes, a daycare center for toddlers, a gym, basketball court and a small cafeteria. 

The second lot is a playground splash pad combo. Once again, based on a real life playground and splash pad! 

The CC is included for both lots! The Read Me’s detail what was used from the packs so if you don’t mind missing some things you can still download!

This set of 4 elegant backgrounds is by Bbygyal123 on Tumblr and Patreon. They are from the "Aesthetic Closet" set and the 2023 Advent Calendar set.

The lighting in game is much more neutral, less saturated and bright than the pictures. I took these before the lighting/weather situation got fixed.

Information

The background uses a 2048x2048px image so it may slow down your computer and look blurry if graphics settings are not on high. Use at your own risk.

The CAS Room Default will replace the CAS Room, Create-a-Pet room, and the Create-a-Bot room. You can only have 1 CAS Room Default at a time.

The Stylist Room Default will only replace the Stylist Room. You can only have 1 Stylist Room Default at a time. Requires the Ambitions EP.

I couldn't find recoloured speech bubbles anywhere, so I made some myself in grey, green, blue, pink and purple.
