another life.
finally playing miitopia as intended (putting all my fandom blorbos in the game feels wrong, but cringe culture is dead)
It’s our pleasure to inform you all that it is indeed Fidough Friday
or the “Dr. Kan proves that demons exists… kinda” au
So Chapter 4 is almost exactly the same. Watari pulls her fire trap and Hama becomes the Blackened by triggering the trap and is sent off to be executed in the Magic circle.
However, in his excitement to execute Hama, Dr. Kan does something by accident. Even after going over the execution step by step, the staff are unable to come up with a non-supernatural explanation for what went wrong. Kan later theorized that he may have accidentally activated an ancient demonic ritual somehow in his attempts to emulate one.
Because during the execution, the fire stopped hurting Hama. Then his demon arm, his head, his chest, his ear, his eyes, all started to hurt more than the fire and the IV’s. The other students, his friends, all watch him change. They watch him transform. They watch as he is reborn as a demon.
Hama eventually is able to fight through the pain, but he is 100% running on adrenaline so he doesn’t quite understand what’s going on other than everything hurts, there’s fire, and he should definitely get away from the fire. He hears his friends calling out from behind the execution glass. They’ve seen his transformation, but they don’t care, they know Hama is a good person. Wada is still trying to reach out to him. Hayashi is cheering him on.
So Hama breaks through the remaining restraints (they were much easier to break than the one around his arm). He trudges through the fire, towards his friends calling for him. And when he reaches the glass, Hama stares at his new self reflected at him. Hama doesn’t recognize himself at first, but once he realizes that it’s him he’s staring at, he freezes up. He’s a monster, he’s a demon. He- he killed Watari. He deserves this—
Then he sees past his reflection, and sees his friends again. While they all have mixed amounts of emotion on their faces, one thing’s the same. They all stare at him with horrified looks, but he knows that they are not scared of him (Maybe a little, especially Hiroaki), but they’re scared for him.
That’s what gives him the courage to break the glass.
(After everyone backed away first, he didn’t want any of them to get hurt).
(he never wanted to hurt anyone in the first place, after all)
Everyone is stunned by what happened. Some stare at Monomoko, scared that the rabbit will intervene somehow, but the execution chamber has been sealed off again and the rabbit has scurried off (to go see the staff immediately, she has no clue how to deal with this).
The group shuffle into the elevator. They want to comfort Hama, but they don’t know what to say. Hama is still shell shocked himself. He doesn’t respond until the group exits the elevator, and someone finally breaks the silence.
…. And that’s the AU! This is just a starting point so feel free to suggest some ideas!
@k3itar0-with-a-three
my favorite headcanon ever is tomioka somehow becoming an older brother figure to the children in the demon corps
like here’s this pitiful ultra quiet wet dog looking guy whose trudging around the world like it hates him. and. and then there are like eight kids half his size wilingly trailing behind him like baby ducklings in a pond, staring up at him with wide sparkling eyes
idk theres just something so special to me about older parental/brother figure x the children he unwillingly adopts trope UGHBDNAKNS
scaramouche is so freaking hilarious to me cause like. look at him. he's a short man with so much rage. he's famously very pretty when he's not snarling at you. he wears an ostentatious hat that can be seen from a mile away. he was 'set free' by his mom/creator for having a heart then proceeded to spend the next five centuries looking for one. he was adopted by a bunch of swordsmiths when found in the wild. he knows how to make a sword as he was taught by the best professional swordsmoths of his country. he knows how to take of babies and small children, even if they're sick. he also knows how to make a nation collapse on itself and gained a whole moniker out of it. those qualities somehow exist simultaneously. he killed the entirety of raiden gokuden but spared the descendant of the man he thought had betrayed him because even then he held love in his heart for him. he literally endured dottore's mad experiments for probably centuries. he's been to the abyss. he figured out that Teyvat's sky is fake. he straight up reached into the tree of life and erased himself so that he could reverse the fate of those he had wronged. not even vengeance. that wasn't even priority, no he wanted to save the ones he loved. when that didn't work he accepted his memories and decided to work on atonement and vengeance. at the same time. he enrolled in the akademiya – the highest educational facility in Teyvat – by getting into an argument with a bunch of researchers because he has to have the last word. he woke up in a fantasy world and scoffed at the prophecy handed to him. he saved the replica of one of Gold's most dangerous creations by saying 'you need head pats, friends and therapy'. he then proceeded to give the head pats, friendship and therapy to his baby-sized dragon friend. he wakes up everyday and chooses violence, then somehow managed to be kind anyway.
he's so funny. I love him so much.
this is heavy into crossover territory.
so basically it starts off with a Danganronpa style killing game with major crossover (like Danganronpa 69/96) but with a twist.
the game is called “the lying game”. It plays out similarly to Danganronpa, but with a five trial limit. However Monokuma tells the participants that one of the is the “Great deceiver” and is responsible for them even being there. If someone kills the Great deceiver; the lying game ends and they enter the “final trial” (which would happen if the 5 trial limit is reached).
I haven’t figured out the full cast, but the list I have right now is:
Lolbit. From Fnaf
Kaeya alberich from Genshin Impact
Shinobu Kocho from demon slayer.
nezuko from demon slayer
tanjiro from demon slayer:
Qiqi from genshin
The puppet from Fnaf
Shadow milk Cookie (everyone thinks he’s the great deceiver)
Soon after there is another killing game that is hosted by one of the surging participants of the first game (they didn’t work with the previous mastermind.
the mastermind of the Lying Game creates the “Game of Change” around the same time as the second killing game. In this game, 13 participants wake up in a mansion and have to solve puzzles (while something strange happens to each of them.)
the cast list for this one
MaoMao from Apothecary Diaries (protagonist)
Damon Maitsu, Wolfgang, and Toshiko from P:eg
Kaeya from Genshin (again)
Mitsuri and Giyu from demon slayer
Hama and Okazaki from Danganronpa Tetro pink.
Akari (with flavor~) from Pokemon legends arceus.
White Lily Cookie and Pure Vanilla Cookie from Cookie run kindgom.
13th spot has been left undecided.
I was low key confused for a bit because instead of the original video I saw the Genshin Orchestra video, which was weird considering the post was about Norse mythology
An unbelievable video about Vikings, the Fearsome Legendary Norse Warriors. These fierce warriors had advanced skills in shipbuilding and navigation, allowing them to traverse vast oceans with their iconic longships in search of new lands to conquer.
