Hawkins High decides to do a Silent Disco to save money. Eddie and Steve agreed to go together as friends and share headphones. Eddie of course selects the music they’d be dancing to. Steve was expecting it to be filled with metal which he didn’t mind. Eddie had taken him to a few concerts and he liked it more than he thought. However Eddie was really secretive about the playlist he was creating and acted really shy when it was time to present it. He didn’t look him in the eye as they put the headphones in and he pressed play. Steve did not expect the music to be so soft and romantic and it made him absolutely melt. They slow danced with their foreheads pressed together the rest of the night.

I love that Steve literally told Robin he wanted to punch her to her face and she just smiled and went “well means you’re not dying” that’s real friendship

I’ve been thinking a lot about Eddie and Chrissy having a queerplatonic relationship like Steve and Robin, and I could write a dissertation on the nuances and differences in their dynamics but I think this sums it up nicely
