we went to the city today, my team and i. we visited a known bakso place, a cute cafe near the base of the mountain, and to a much favored durian ice cream shop. it drizzles a lot and the air was cold, but i am so happy to breathe before the week starts

working on my thesis proposal today ! i often struggle with putting my thoughts into words, so i am working on rewording my proposal to make it more concise. what i want to go makes sense to me, but i gotta gather the threads and have my thoughts make sense to other people too.

thankfully, working specifically on wording and that sort of thing helped a lot, and i feel a lot more confident about explaining my idea !

2.10.24 • finished my first book in spanish, read susan sontag's essay about interpretation for next week's class. slowly getting accustomed to studying again.
