The Impact Zone (Harrison x reader)

AU: Soulmate/tattoo Fandom: Bondi Rescue Words: 2,322 Part: 2/? part one  Warnings: lots of dialogue. this is kinda long. also lots of laughing and shrugging, idk. Note: Oof it’s been almost a year? My bad. I literally had this done in like May and then forgot about it. Better late than never, right? I promise part three will come faster. Not anytime soon, but less than 11 months. But on the bright side, season 14 has started!

After a proper full night’s rest, I get up feeling quite rejuvenated. I look at the clock and see that it’s already 11:00. I just slept 13 hours! That jet lag’ll get ya.

I get out of bed and get ready for my first official day at Bondi …or half day I guess at this point. Taking off my pj’s, I throw on my Rip Curl swimsuit and clothes to cover up, grab my towel and head out of the hotel. It’s overcast, but the temperature is still fairly nice.

My first stop is the café I had dinner at last night. It is close to lunchtime and I figure that I probably shouldn’t surf on an empty stomach. After eating a sandwich and buying a bottle of water, I make my way down the street to a surf shop I saw on my walk yesterday – Bondi Surf Co. I walk in and look around for a couple minutes before getting to the rentals desk.

“Hello, how may I help you?” the man behind the desk asks me.

“Yeah, uh, do you know what the waves are like at Bondi today?”

“Oh crazy, mate. 8-10 feet.”

My face lights up, “No way! Can I do a 7-foot board please?”

He smiles back and pulls one from off the wall. “How long would you like it? The prices are right there.” He says as he points beside him to a board with the rental prices.

I look them over. “I’ll do the 5-10 hour rental.”

“Okay! That’ll be $40.”

Don't hesitate either. Kindness is the right thing to do so always be bold and be kind when you see the chance to be.

Some people, I will admit, are assholes. We don't like them. And having people who are cruel and mean in this world, are the same people that are there to show who you are as a person. You are given the opportunity to be kind or be cold and though it may seem small at the time, it can cone back around.

It is hard to be kind. Whoever said being kind or nice is easy, well, they must've not been doing it right.

Kindness to me is taking a part of yourself, a piece of your time, lending a hand, giving something of you, and letting someone else have it and hold it.

So if you have some extra happiness, share it with others cause you never know who might need it.

#SPNFamily Fundraisers

Since the Supernatural finale aired, fans have been creating campaigns to raise money in honor of their favorite characters. So far, so much good has come out of it! We have raised over $60K for multiple organizations. I thought I would share all of the current ones I know of.

The Castiel Project, created by prfoundbond, supports The Trevor Project. They focus in suicide prevention among LGBTQ+ youth. The original goal was $1500. So far, it has raised over $47,700.

Dean Winchester Is Love, created by wearedeancas, supports NAMI. They focus on building better lives for those who are affected by mental illness. The original goal was $1500. So far, it has raised over $10,700!

The Sam Winchester Project, my fundraiser (witchchester), supports Together We Rise. They assist foster youth. This campaign helps displaced college students w/grocery, utility, & housing resources. The original goal was $250. So far, it has raised over $2200!

The Jack Kline Project, created by dearkmnj + CROWLEYBEANS, supports Random Acts. They focus on making the world a better place with one random act of kindness at a time. The current goal is $1500. So far, it has raised over $1000!

The Miracle Project, created by adoreyouackles, supports ASPCA. They focus on preventing animal cruelty throughout the United States. The current goal is $1000. So far, it has raised over $90!

Gabriel’s Gift, created by zepptapes, supports Action Against Hunger. They focus on giving everyone access to clean water, food, training, and healthcare. The current goal is $2000. So far, it has raised over $50!

The Charlie Bradbury Project, created by ClearlyNoLabel, supports Girls Who Code. They focus on supporting + increasing the number of women in computer science. The current goal is $1500. It just opened a few hours ago!

In honor of Eileen, many are also donating to the National Association of the Deaf. They focus on promoting the rights of deaf people in the United States.

This really is so amazing! I’m so happy that our family took a not-so-great finale and turned it into something positive. Cheers!
