TELEKINESIS, STRONGER THAN A LOCOMOTIVE, FARTHER THAN A FLYING BULLET (your sexiest power. leaves pretty fractals behind) 3. A DANGER SENSE, FAIRLY ACCURATE (they would have killed you by now without this nifty thing) 4. DEFENSE MANIPULATION, LIKE THAT GOLDEN ASS FROM THE APOCALYPSE (why would you ever use this) 5. SOURCE OF POWER THAT INCREASES RANGE (this is the one that's stolen!) 6. A SECRET SIXTH THING. Oh, and ALSO, a bastard named TEACHER keeps trying to END YOU through his HENCEMEN and MACHINES. Your Highness, WHAT SHALL DO YOU DO?

I wish this had an explicitly "atheist" option. She never gave off any big religious vibes, and I think the setting in general is pretty a-religious due to the whole Scion+superpowers thing that *some* religions have tried to weaponize, but broadly religion is in decline on Earth Bet. Like, her mom was a hardcore feminist and her dad is a union bigwig, I dunno if church was a big thing in the Hebert household.

Messaging people for the first time is so hard. What am I supposed to say? Like, "You seem really odd and your blog intrigues me. I think a lot of people are forgetting that on tumblr fandom used to be practiced very differently. now everyone fucks off to their discords or tumblr groups to discuss everything with a select few, making tags be nearly only used for posting some finished fanworks or not at all

a decade ago people didn't have tumblr groups. people didn't even have dms. if you wanted to talk to anyone about anything you had to make a post, or send an ask (which more often than not would get published and thereby become a post in the end too)

so next time you think "I have a fandom thought but I have to find a small group of hyperspecifically like-minded people to share it with in private" remember all the freaks you could be missing out on meeting by keeping the tags dead. use tags, make friends. fuck discord.

Current progress on Exile has me with arcs 2 and 3 now fully written (except for one interlude chapter) and arc 4 and its interlude(s) outlined. Hiatus is going to end this week with a new upload schedule beginning as well. Yay

I must hate myself something fierce because I thought it would be smart to eat ice cream. I'm lactose intolerant and I would like to write my fanfiction now please and thank you. I swear I do this type of shit every day and I never learn.
