here's the food schedule I've found works best for me as someone who can't avoid eating in front of my parents:
green tea for breakfast
fat free greek yogurt with berries and chia seeds when I get home from school (so my stomach doesn't growl in front of my mom)
regular dinner of whatever my mom makes
peppermint tea for dessert
and ofc at least a full 32 oz water bottle every day
why won’t the weight js drop faster 😭 i’m losing my mind
Tuesday:

Dinner-
bowl of lettuce

Desert-

broke my fast at 48 hours bc i started my period and was nauseous w nothing in my stomach to throw up, but at least i made it 2/3 of the way
