Okay I was just thinking about how like if Arthur did return and everything and like Merlin is just sitting at the edge of the water and all of sudden Arthur who has been gone for over a thousand years just pops out of the water. It scares Merlin and he accidentally teleports himself away from the lake. Has an prompt breakdown to then teleport back and drag Arthur moldy ass back to his place.
