ahhhh yes.... the infamous questions in my inbox:

and the reason for your problems came to mind after writing this reminder, especially the "just do what you do without constantly [...] being curious" part. then, suddenly the proverb came to mind, "curiosity killed the cat."
see, one of the problems is that you still want to become pure consciousness while inducing it (your attention is constantly fixated towards the 3d while inducing pure consciousness). you are curious to know when you'll become pure consciousness, and/or if you already are pure consciousness, hence why you constantly check the 3d. hence why you're so focused on the fact that you're still feeling your body. hence why you haven't induced pure consciousness. did i not speak on this before?
obviously the solution to your recurring problem is to stop seeking confirmation from the 3d and to stop worrying about time... i think i've said that a lot. but before you meditate, before you lay down or sit up, be clear of the things that you aren't going to do:
checking your body
being discouraged by time
wondering if you're pure consciousness yet
and be clear of the things you are going to do:
focus on your affirmations regardless
letting your thoughts wander without judgement (if you ever happen to steer aware from affirming)

HOW TO DO THIS
Do this after you wake up at night (your body is already super relaxed and ready to go back to sleep!)
Lie down and relax, without moving.
Let your body fall asleep, but keep your mind awake. Count in your head or focus on an imaginary point in space. This prevents your mind from following your body into sleep!
If you feel tingling, heaviness, or a feeling of “disconnection” from your body, you’re there!
At this point, simply affirm, “I am pure consciousness” or “I am in the void.”
Boom. Your body is asleep, you are pure consciousness.
You will find yourself in an immense calm and darkness, with no body perception. No weight, no limiting thoughts. Just YOU.
You are in the void. You are consciousness itself.
And from here you can manifest anything instantly!
COMMON MISTAKES AND HOW TO AVOID THEM
✗ Waiting too carefully for the body to fall asleep (the paradox is that the more you wait, the less it happens! It's a bit like when you wait for a message on your cell phone, the more you check the less it arrives, right? haha) ✓ Ignore the body and focus on something neutral (like counting, singing, etc.).
✗Thinking that it's difficult or that it takes a long time. ✓IT'S EASY! The body falls asleep every night, just don't interfere!
✗Being afraid of sleep paralysis. ✓It's not a problem, IT'S YOUR ALLY! If you feel "blocked", it means you did everything right!

getting into sleep paralysis is very easy, you just need to wake up in ur rem cycle.
now how to wake up in ur rem cycle? very easy. as humans we mostly sleep for 8 hours everyday.
as you can see on the chart, those are the time’s that you will usually be in ur rem cycle.
by this chart, pick how many hours you want to sleep in order to wake up in ur rem cycle, for ex.
2 hours, 3 hours, 4 hours, 5 hours 6, hours.
me personally, i mostly sleep for 4 hours and 30 minutes in order to wake up in my rem cycle (:
waking up in the rem cycle is waking up during a dream, or before ur dream ends!

now how to actually get into sleep paralysis with this! the thing about sleep paralysis ur mind needs to be awake while ur body is asleep. so when you wake up from ur sleep, you have to do something for 10-15 minutes. so when you lay back down you have some type of awareness to latch on to. getting into sleep paralysis is like a meditation, the faster you relax, the faster you get in. when ur attempting sleep paralysis, you can just lay down and focus on some background noise or anything, just don’t fall asleep! and by in 10-15 min or less, you should be in sleep paralysis!!
tips!!
if ur attempting to shift, use shifting subliminal in the back group that you can focus on!
if you want to get out of sleep paralysis, just say you will in ur head, or wiggle ur toes & feet
if you have trouble waking up, put ur phone on the other side of the room before you go to sleep, so when you hear the alarm. you have to get up & turn it off!

The 3D in simple terms is just your physical reality; the reality where all of your senses are physically present. The 3D reality is just a reflection of the 4D reality + the 3D mirrors your 4D reality. The 3D basically shows you your current assumptions, which is all completely malleable.
how do we change the 3D?
You change your 4D and persist. That’s it. Remember, the 3D is only a reflection of your 4D. The 3D isn’t the enemy.
something I wanna address: the phrases: “ignore your 3D” and “the 3D is fake” etc. is something I personally think is a bit harmful. Do not actually ignore your 3D. The 3D IS real. Instead, acknowledge your 3D but KNOW it WILL and CAN change! however, if ignoring and finding the 3D fake is helpful for you, by all means, do what you personally find is best! ♡

The 4D in simple terms is just your imaginative reality; your mental reality; your mind. Your thoughts, assumptions, etc. reside in the 4D. The 4D is just as real as the 3D.
how do we rearrange the 4D?
Change your thoughts to align with you having whatever you desire. Persist in those new thoughts. This then leads to your assumptions changing. Persist in those new assumptions, which finally leads to a desired 3D IF you persist.

EVERYTHING IS INNER! the 3D is just a illusion of your past assumptions. stop acting like its so hard to induce, you guys ask the same questions repeatedly like what more do you want? we’re not going to manifest for you. i think 99% of the community on tumblr glorifies this so much that it led to complications and misinformation which also led to people doubting it and always assuming they fail it (which is remotely impossible because you can’t fail anything within yourself 💀). “BUT I WANT TO INDUCE IT NOW!! IM SO TIRED OF THIS REALITY—“ ok.. and you can do just that by simply laying down and remaining focused on the darkness behind your eyes and the little scenarios you make. i think its so hilarious because if you can make all these sexual fantasies about what you and your crush will do with EASE how come it’s suddenly so hard to daydream when wanting to induce pure consciousness??

you’re so worried about the “whats and ifs and whys” instead of the 4D which is why you “fail” to induce it. you’re so worried about that floaty feeling, you’re so worried about the time, you’re so worried about tomorrow. JUST LET GO! learn to trust yourself.
Learning lucid dreaming to reach the void state
The existence of a brain as powerful as ours opens the door to infinite possibilities. The human mind is extraordinarily complex; we have yet to fully understand its capabilities, and every day we witness brilliant minds and creations.
Dreams take us to an even more astonishing aspect of our minds, offering a vast range of possibilities. In dreams, you can be whoever or whatever you want, experiencing the limits of your imagination, leading us to lucid dreams.
Lucid dreaming is the closest thing to scientific "transcendence." When you develop and refine the ability to have lucid dreams, the possibilities become endless. As someone with experience in lucid dreaming, I can say it’s an extraordinary feeling.
To achieve the ability to lucid dream, there are various methods, but it all begins with questioning reality. "What proves I’m not dreaming right now?" or "Could this be a dream?" are ways to train your brain. It doesn't happen overnight, but the moment you rationally question whether you're dreaming, you’ve already gained awareness. That’s a significant step. From there, you’ll start noticing oddities within the dream or sensations that attempt to simulate real life but verge on strangeness.
Once you achieve awareness within a dream, staying in it becomes another challenge. Your brain will try to wake you up because you’re venturing into territory it hasn’t "simulated." You’ll need to be firm in staying within the dream while remaining conscious. It’s normal to feel your body in bed, but don’t give up — you’re still in the dream. Since you're in a drowsy state, there’s a good chance you’ll enter a trance that allows you to stay a bit longer. Luck also plays a role, and you’ll need focus if you want to transition from the current dream to a desired reality.
The void state can be reached through lucid dreaming, and from there, anything is possible. Your mind is incredible, and you can use it however you want — it just takes practice. You’re in control, so don’t let yourself think otherwise. You can do it.
