often times, when our mind is calm and everything is going alright, we tend to over analyse things. its usually our depression or anxiety trying to get the best of us by creating problems.
try and simplify your thoughts as much as possible. not only does that not let your anxiety build up but sometimes also provides solutions to problems you thought were too complex.
simplification is the key to processing what bothers you the most ✨
