my life NOW, feels like a fever dream, its fun, exciting, full of happiness and enjoyment, like i finally found myself not surviving and i’m just living my once desired life. i used to suffer with ed, being the friend that was never picked, not seen as attractive, my family was torn apart, low self-esteem and so much more but i won’t get into since thats not the internets business. i manifested my desired face because i didn’t wanna just look like one person, so now i’m completely unrecognizable, my dream body, dream life, dream everything. i’m always going on like fun trips and my school life is entirely romanticized, i love studying now (even though i don’t have to since i make straight A’s now). my life is similar to a j-drama (no i don’t see japan as a glorious country) and sounds like the song Roses by Chainsmokers and Midnight city by M83. i’ve been to countries i thought i would’ve never been before, so now i get to take those aesthetic pictures, im seriously photogenic/videogenic like i look good in any angle no matter how far i am or how close i am, you can use the silliest filters on me and i’ll still look drop dead, head turning, and extremely beautiful. i’m getting scholarships left to right, AS A FRESHMAN IN HIGH SCHOOL (its never too early to apply for colleges) i’m everyone’s comfort person and i have no problem with being that, love confessions left and right, rich, like RICHHHHH. got rid of my hyperpigmentation, literally everyones type and i don’t feel guilty for it, like i respect preferences but this is my reality so im GOING to make myself your type. straight teeth, natural fresh bakery scent. my family is not even torn apart anymore like everyone just made up and now theres fun days with my family every single day. my wardrobe is literally like barbies wardrobe..its HUGE. a huge friend group.
like i’ve feel in love with my life and thats not even half of what i manifested, like i can still sob from when the time i first induced the void state and immediately affirmed for what i wanted and i woke up with it all. that memory sticks with me for absolutely ever, i don’t wanna say i feel like god, not because im a religious person but since thats what i’ve grown to know and understand thats who i am in soul.. then i can say it feels absolutely amazing. my days are always sunny and bright, i guess i can say it also sounds like good days by SZA. theres so much more i could tell you but i’m currently busy as of now and found some time to type this all out, you can be just like me i promise. make that decision.

A little background, I am into non-dualism (hindu traditional) and in an ask I answered, I left in a small mention of non-dualism. A (singular) gatekeeper brought in their harassment train over to my inbox, I handled their first ask, but this morning they shared their valuable and corrupted braincells with me, mind you, with full hatred. They did attach a post, probably from another non-dualism gatekeeper, which I couldn't get to since I blocked the anon to preserve my energy.
It made me think.... someone supposedly following a philosophy full of love could be so.. lowly, tense, and triggered. That's not at all what non dualism is. What concerned me more, was the level of gatekeeping, I do not gatekeep. I will never gate-keep, something my whole life is devoted to (my spiritual belief) I would never deprive anyone else of them. ...if these people exist, does the shifting community really have a good, comprehensive exposure to non-dualism? . ݁₊ ⊹ . ݁˖ . ݁

⊹ ࣪ ˖Firstly, ◇what is non-dualism ◇ .𖥔 ݁ ˖ ✦ ‧₊˚ ⋅
What it is, is a quick google search away. In short words, it teaches that you're not a separate entity. You're not separate from nature, universe, any form of existence and the divine. Its the technique which involves erasing the lines of distinction, to flow energy through all. You emerge from something, it emerges from you. If you look up non-dualism it'll tell you, you're living in one reality, which wouldn't make sense because you'll ask, "wait, then where's the concept of the multiverse?" And my response is.... that reality is your consciousness. Everything is a projection of your consciousness. There has always been one, the provider of sacred energy which keeps the wheels running, that provider directly aligns with your beliefs, god, or you. (Okay don't laugh at me for this) some examples, so non-dualism can register in your brain before we move forward.
- You are the ocean, similarly the ocean, the waves, the life within, the presence of a balanced ecosystem beneath the water is you.
- you personify both change and stillness.
- this environment is a reflection of your inner self.
- the void state is a proof of your non-dual state.
- you are an eternal being but at time you represent mortality.

₊⊹A gatekeeper's worst nightmare - can you uneducated, possessing a lowly caste, "stupid" (❗sarcasm intended, in response to the anon, I love you all so much please do not kill me ❗) people implement non-dualism into shifting; why yes of course. It is simply a belief. Like you believe manifestation occurs, like you believe the sun rises each morning, like you believe seasons change, nobody can steal your powers from you, and you're free to do whatever, you're limitless, and let's be real, we don't have any old monks or gurus to please here, we all want to shift.₊⊹

When you lay down to shift; you constantly try to achieve some state, a state of being in your dr. According to non-dualism, the state has already been achieved, since you are not separate from it. Similarly, you're not separate from the version of you who has shifted; you're not distinct from your dr self, you're already well blended into the environment and atmosphere of your dr. So basically, we circle back to our pillars of shifting belief:
- "you're already in your dr, right now"
- "you shift every second"
- "shifting doesn't require effort"
- "shifting is instant"ּ

- if non dualism resonates with you- adapt it into your day to day life, your stream of thoughts. Look at the sky, "That's me", look at the soil, "That's me", look at the liveliness of nature, "That's me", imagine a visual of you living your best life, "That's me."
- related to void or trance state, remember, the blackness behind your eyes, is you, and that blackness is the void state. And you are the void state.
- You are the knowledge; you are the wisdom you require to shift and manifest.

First of all Tia I really love you and @gorgeouslypink 😭, I've been on the this journey for a very long time since I was like 16,I'm currently 19.
My Journey
After my father's death in 2018,we hit poverty real bad,and I wanted to be there for my mother but all she cared about was her restaurant and my brothers. My father before dying had already named the will under my name when because he wanted my brothers to earn something on their own. But I was allowed to use to use the money when I turn 18. I wanted to get out of the small apartment as soon as possible I found Law of attraction and as we know it was useless for 2 years I wasted my time in law of attraction then on 2020 I found Law of Assumption the best thing honestly.
My LOAssumption journey start during the pandemic,when everything shut down and my mom's restaurant closed. My living condition wasn't the best even before the restaurant was opened,we would earn $90 - $100 dollars a week sometimes even less but it wasn't enough for us because my mother have to give half of it to 3 of the workers,pay our electric and water bill,our rented apartment and my elder and younger brother's college and school fee.
I was the only one studying in a community high school from 3 the of us,both my brothers were in were in private college and school,I didn't had the best relationship with my mother she have always prioritised my siblings because they were boys and never really cared about me both my brothers had their own rooms while I was asked to sleep in the living room's couch.
At that point life was bearable for me,I had even manifested a part time job and was thinking to move out. But it wasn't all easy for me when the lock down was announced I saw how my mother would worry about everything even if she didn't like me I still was the only one who worried about her condition but my brothers were brat and didn't really help for 20 year old my elder brother was too immature and i didn't liked him at all.
And as everyone was there at home 24/7 I start finding it hard to manifest because my circumstances were very unbearable and I couldn't stay in a state. Then is stumble upon Void state and all I knew is i overcomplicated it, I wasn't able to persist in one method,I would constantly change method it continued till this year and then I went back again to LOA for my rescue and then again it was hard for me to manifest big desires and then here I was back again to Void.
How and when did I enter
Since the last week of October I was again persistent to enter void I read every single post properly and was motivated to enter void from there I made a routine but guess what I failed again because of my lazy ass.
About 2 weeks agoi saw a success story by a blogger I forgot her user name but it was Vixen she basically entered through lucid dream and i realized that through out my void journey I never gave importance to lucid dreaming,so why not try become lucid.
My biggest problem was I couldn't choose what affirmations I should use and I was never confident about waking up in void like not at all.
So I just choose one askfirmation to affirm it all the time"Why do I lucid dream every night?".
Along with that I choose random subliminals.

And I also did psych-k 10 mins not specific time I would do it everytime I'm free.
And I did it only for 9 days. And on 17th of November I officially entered void and affirmed that I always enter void whenever I want.
On 18th of November I made a list of my desires and enter void again official manifested my dream life and I revised my father's death along with that I manifested a new biological mother and also new siblings.
(Don't come at me for changing my mother and siblings I have my own reasons)
I even shifting to my DR I was a in 1940's it was really amazing.
Honestly if I say I'm pretty much of a procrastinator and even doing this easy routine was kind of difficult for me but if you are a person who is consistent then you definitely will lucid dream within a week.

remembering someone or somewhere different from you memory. missing people but only certain version of them, in certain time in past. or when you see a place from your childhood it looks completely different (smaller or less vibrant)
when you are about to find out the outcome/result
illusions. smelling/hearing/seeing something only you notice but other's can't. glitches in reality
everytime you pass through a liminal space (your room's or house's door, crossroads, stairs, elevator, waiting rooms etc.)

things you know you threw out or lost appears again
feeling more beautiful or different when you look at mirror. even if it's your hair or something else in your body. noticing small changes. also differences in your home, clothes even cell phone. food tasting different, music sounds different.
that's not even all. add yours.
you shift multiple times daily and you still think you can't control it? let me start a competition to notice and count your shifts in a day
I think these two terms get used synonymously when they are two very different things.
When you "give up" on something you are manifesting, you are saying "I don't care about this thing anymore and I do not care if it comes into my experience or not."
When you "let go" of a manifestation, you are saying "I trust the Universe (Source / my Higher Self / God, whatever resonates with you) to bring this thing into my experience because I am a vibrational match to it and so there is no work to be done unless I feel inspired action."
"Giving up" is the energy of defeat.
"Letting go" is the energy of confidence, sureness, and knowing.
When it comes to manifesting the experience of shifting, you let yourself feel and think as-if you already have, and you let go. You don't think things like
"wow this is taking me so long"
"how long do I have to act as-if for it to actually happen"
because these thoughts are still aligned with NOT shifting.

1. Final Decision – You decide that you already have it. You are not trying, hoping or wishing. It is already yours.
2. Nothing Outside of It Exists – Anything that does not reflect your decision is irrelevant. If it arises, ignore it or reinterpret it in your favor.
3. Zero Reaction – Adverse circumstances have no weight. They do not change your inner certainty.
4. Absolute Confidence – You do not need to “fix” anything. Your only function is to remain certain that you already have it.
5. Living Normally – You act and think as if you already have it, effortlessly, without trying to “make it happen”.
Lock in it is about making your decision so absolute that external reality has no choice but to bow to it.

remember the divine order of things: as WITHIN so WITHOUT.
If you are giving power to the external and bringing it to the internal and allowing it to intoxicate you, you are giving your divine power away.
So who told you that?
Always ask that and go back within and remind yourself of the truth and correct that then go live your life.
If you absorb an identity and you are BEING it, everything you do will lead to that, there is no wrong choice, theres no wrong movement, as long as you remain the person you chose within and don't contradict that.

when i persist i always get thoughts like "what if my desires stay in imagination ans never externalize?", "if i do this in a certain way then i won't get my desire", etc, thoughts like those and they always seem so important and like if i don't give it real thought then my desires won't manifest. and there's always more thoughts like those that come to mind. any advice?
I have the same thoughts, sometimes even more, like "I need to do something to manifest and I can't stay still because if I don't I won't receive it or I don't deserve it”
This is the logical part of the brain wanting to shape us, so first we remember it’s normal, its part of process so we shift focus to what we already know and what is actually true. How?
1.Understand the Nature of These Thoughts
• These doubts are not the truth—they’re simply old mental patterns trying to protect you from disappointment.
• They’re a sign that your subconscious is working through resistance. This is a good thing because it means you’re challenging limiting beliefs.
2. Don’t Fight the Thoughts
• When you resist or argue with these thoughts, you give them more energy.
• Instead, acknowledge them and let them pass. For example, say to yourself:
• “This is just a thought. It has no power unless I give it power.”
• “I see you, but I choose to focus on what I want.”
imagine the sky and these thoughts are like clouds passing by, they don’t mean nothing cause u don’t agree with that and u don’t believe in that.
3. Redirect Your Focus
• When a doubtful thought arises, gently shift your focus back to your desired state:
• “Even if this thought exists, I know my desire is already mine.”
• “I trust the process, regardless of what my mind tries to tell me.”
4. Reframe the Fears
Let’s address the specific fears you mentioned:
• “What if my desires stay in imagination and never externalize?”
• Reframe: “Imagination is the foundation of reality. If I can imagine it, it’s already on its way to me.”
• Neville Goddard teaches that imagination creates reality—the 3D always catches up to your inner state.
• “If I do this in a certain way, I won’t get my desire.”
• Reframe: “There’s no wrong way to align with my desire. My persistence guarantees my success.”
• Remember: it’s not about perfection; it’s about your dominant state of being.
5. Use Affirmations to Neutralize Doubts
Affirmations help override negative patterns. Use ones like:
• “Doubt is powerless; my imagination is the true reality.”
• “My desires are inevitable, no matter what my thoughts say.”
• “I trust the process of creation completely.”
6. Practice SATS or Relaxation Techniques
When doubts feel overwhelming, use Neville’s State Akin to Sleep (SATS) or relaxation to anchor yourself in your desired state:
1. Lie down in a relaxed state, close your eyes, and visualize your desire as if it’s already done.
2. Feel the emotions of already having it.
3. Let this state soothe any doubts.
The more you practice SATS or similar techniques, the less attention your mind will give to intrusive thoughts. It's a process and the more you do it and the more natural it is for you, the less you will have these thoughts.
7. Remind Yourself of This Truth
Your dominant feeling and belief determine your manifestation—not every passing thought. Intrusive doubts don’t have the power to stop your desire unless you dwell on them and make them dominant.
Summary:
• Acknowledge the doubtful thoughts without fighting them.
• Redirect your focus to your desired state.
• Reframe fears into empowering truths.
• Use affirmations and SATS to anchor your belief.
You don’t need to figure everything out or get it perfect. As long as you persist in the feeling of your wish fulfilled, the 3D will catch up. Trust yourself—you’re on the right path.
Ps *mostly important*: Don't overwhelm yourself, don't do anything that seems forced or false, if it's a moment of very intrusive thinking remember: NEUTRAL STATE before affirming. Take your time, there’s no rush it will come for you.
There is nothing that can stop you from receiving what you want if you believe you already have it.

so i wanted to start a new series where i explore the science behind it, or more specifically the correlations i observe between scientific literature and spiritual manifestation philosophies! 🫶
this first post addresses the idea that YOUR BRAIN CANNOT TELL THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PHYSICAL REALITY (3D) AND IMAGINED REALITY (4D)!

research shows that when you vividly imagine something,
your brain activates similar neural patterns as when you actually perceive it in the physical realm (Dijkstra et al., 2021).
♡ this means:
⤷ your brain treats vivid imagination and real perception in a similar way.
if you assume yourself into a new reality strongly enough,
your brain can’t fully distinguish between what is “imagination” and what is “actual experience”. it just responds as if it’s happening.

another study (Dijkstra & Fleming, 2023) found that:
the mind COMBINES both real and imagined signals and decides something is “real” if it feels strong enough.
♡ this means:
⤷ when you assume something with enough emotion, focus, and vividness, your brain accepts it as reality and starts building your experience around it.
so when you shift realities or assume a new self concept,
you’re literally feeding stronger signals into your system, until your whole brain and body accept it as true.

recent neuroscience research (Dijkstra et al., 2021) explored how vividly imagining something can activate the brain in ways that closely resemble real perception.
the brain scan figure above shows that certain brain regions — including the pre-supplementary motor area (pre-SMA) and dorsolateral prefrontal cortex (dlPFC) — are significantly modulated by how vivid an individual’s mental imagery is, and how visible a physical stimulus is.
the stronger and more vivid your imagination, the more your brain treats it as if it were real perception.
interestingly, the early visual cortex (evc), which is a brain region crucial for vision, responded differently:
• vivid imagination produced neural patterns more similar to low-visibility perception
• while “real” (physical) perception during high visibility matched more vivid imagery.
💡✨ this means that even if your imagined experience feels “lighter” than seeing something with your eyes open, your brain is still processing it as real enough to influence your perception of reality (Dijkstra et al., 2021).
AKA…
⤷ if you imagine vividly enough, your brain starts accepting your assumptions as real experiences.
this beautifully correlates with the idea behind manifestation and reality shifting:
the more vividly and consistently you assume something is real, the more your brain and your consciousness work together to make it true. and that truth is ultimately what is reflected back to you in the 3D (physical). in a sense, your brain literally weaves imagination into reality. so use that to your advantage!!

research is also exploring how imagination can happen unconsciously (Jaworska, 2024).
the study referenced above suggests that:
your deeper mind is constantly imagining and projecting possibilities without you even realizing it.
so not only are you consciously shifting with affirmations, intention and focus, but your subconscious is also weaving your path in the background.
essentially, you’re ALWAYS creating. even when you’re not actively thinking about it!

🧠 your brain’s neural pathways change based on belief.
• this is a phenomenon referred to as neuroplasticity.
when you affirm a new assumption over and over (ex. “i am successful”), your brain literally rewires itself to treat that assumption as true.
🧠 your reticular activating system (RAS) focuses your perception.
• when you assume something, your RAS filters reality to show you evidence matching that assumption so that you experience more of it.
🧠 deep meditation states make shifting easier.
• when you’re relaxed (theta/delta brainwaves), your subconscious is wide open to suggestion. that’s why shifting techniques often make use of deep relaxation, meditation or even falling asleep!

That being said, when you tell yourself you have your desires, you’re not just wishing or trying to convince someone that it’s true, you are stating that fact for everyone in the YOUniverse to hear and everyone is stating that fact back to you.
”The outer world” speaks with the same voice as you. The affirmations you say are the same ones it says. When you say ”I have 10k in my bank account rn” it too says ”I have 10k in my bank account rn”. Because it is you.
What you tell yourself HAS to be true, because there’s only you. You’re the director of this movie and the author of this book, babe. Without you the story wouldn’t unfold.
Tell yourself there’s no delay. Tell yourself that you can have anything you want. It’s just as easy to conjure that reality in ”the outer world” as it is in ”imagination”. Just drop the terms and separation, they’re one and the same!
