with manifesting, there comes an intrusive urge to act. a deep need to do something to get something. we often try to change our world or ourselves through actions. however, we don’t alter or attain things with the use of our bodies. we can only ever achieve things with the use of our MINDS.

let’s take a look at what the law of assumption states.

"the law of assumption postulates that the assumptions of an individual shape and create one's physical reality."

so, what does that mean? how does this help us?

mentally, not physically.

just like assumptions take place in the mind, so does everything related to manifestation. after all, manifestation is forever done in the mind, and not with the body. all events that have taken place physically, first took place mentally. everything external used to be internal. conversely, you can only put out what you already put in.

in conclusion, you cannot DO anything. there is nothing for you to perform, nothing for you to execute, nothing for you to accomplish. you can only BE. so, in order to become someone new, to coerce something into BEING, you need to refrain from taking any action. let go of all efforts to alter the physical. instead, alter the mental.

mental and physical in contrast.

okay, alright, but what if you still try to physically achieve your goals? how about we try to prove the law wrong. let's say you want to get xyz while being in a negative mindset in relation to xyz. you don’t really believe in getting xyz, nor do you believe in yourself. but if you try your best physically, it should still workout, right?

nope. and i'll tell you why. you can never alter yourself with an act in opposition to your belief. your desired version of self cannot be attained by force. you cannot force yourself to achieve something while already knowing you won't or can't. if it isn’t already withIN you, it won’t and can't be withOUT you.

on the other hand, that version of yourself with your current mindset in that present state is NEVER going to achieve xyz. because that version of you is tied to that self concept, that state and that reality. creation is finished, meaning, this reality is finished. it’s forever going to look like that. you are forever going to be like that. ONLY if you change your state from within, you can ensure a change from without. that’s when you shift your state of mind, and therefore, your physical reality. you cannot physically shift. you need to mentally shift. because no matter HOW much you try to make reality B (undesired) look like reality A (desired), it won’t ever change the fact that you are still experiencing reality B.

externally dependent action.

now, what about the 3D? what if i am changing my assumptions but don’t experience them physically yet? this part is very important for any of you who are thinking of completely turning your back on your 3D, who feel overwhelmed by it or don’t know how to deal with it.

1 · first of all, you are doing great. keep doing it.

2 · second of all, living in the end and focusing on embodying your desired version of self does not mean that you start refusing to LIVE. you aren’t supposed to deny or reject your human experience when it’s not convenient for you. you are still going to do your chores, have your responsibilities, attend school, go to work, and so on. in your mind, however, you are being who YOU want to be and have what YOU want to have. it’s about knowing the external world is going to change because it has to, plus balancing experiencing both worlds. in the end, your outer world will show you how your inner world looks like.

often times, suddenly abandoning yourself in the physical world will only harm you because then it will only be harder for you to dismiss the negative parts of your reality. it usually makes things a lot more draining and challenging.

physical techniques and methods.

this is just gonna serve as a reminder: techniques and methods are only there to help. they aide you to obtain a feeling of "naturalness" in correlation to your desires. they don’t do the manifesting. actually, they have no power on their own. you know who does the manifesting? YOU. you and only you. thus, you can do a method 111 times and still not manifest your desire because your assumptions say otherwise. everything you manifest with the support of a method or technique can be traced back to you, moreover your MIND's power. not your bodies power, and certainly not your hands ability to write down a script 123 times.

A little background, I am into non-dualism (hindu traditional) and in an ask I answered, I left in a small mention of non-dualism. A (singular) gatekeeper brought in their harassment train over to my inbox, I handled their first ask, but this morning they shared their valuable and corrupted braincells with me, mind you, with full hatred. They did attach a post, probably from another non-dualism gatekeeper, which I couldn't get to since I blocked the anon to preserve my energy.

It made me think.... someone supposedly following a philosophy full of love could be so.. lowly, tense, and triggered. That's not at all what non dualism is. What concerned me more, was the level of gatekeeping, I do not gatekeep. I will never gate-keep, something my whole life is devoted to (my spiritual belief) I would never deprive anyone else of them. ...if these people exist, does the shifting community really have a good, comprehensive exposure to non-dualism? . ݁₊ ⊹ . ݁˖ . ݁

⊹ ࣪ ˖Firstly, ◇what is non-dualism ◇ .𖥔 ݁ ˖ ✦ ‧₊˚ ⋅

What it is, is a quick google search away. In short words, it teaches that you're not a separate entity. You're not separate from nature, universe, any form of existence and the divine. Its the technique which involves erasing the lines of distinction, to flow energy through all. You emerge from something, it emerges from you. If you look up non-dualism it'll tell you, you're living in one reality, which wouldn't make sense because you'll ask, "wait, then where's the concept of the multiverse?" And my response is.... that reality is your consciousness. Everything is a projection of your consciousness. There has always been one, the provider of sacred energy which keeps the wheels running, that provider directly aligns with your beliefs, god, or you. (Okay don't laugh at me for this) some examples, so non-dualism can register in your brain before we move forward.

- You are the ocean, similarly the ocean, the waves, the life within, the presence of a balanced ecosystem beneath the water is you.

- you personify both change and stillness.

- this environment is a reflection of your inner self.

- the void state is a proof of your non-dual state.

- you are an eternal being but at time you represent mortality.

⋆⭒˚.⋆Therefore your identity is not defined.⋆⭒˚.⋆

₊⊹A gatekeeper's worst nightmare - can you uneducated, possessing a lowly caste, "stupid" (❗sarcasm intended, in response to the anon, I love you all so much please do not kill me ❗) people implement non-dualism into shifting; why yes of course. It is simply a belief. Like you believe manifestation occurs, like you believe the sun rises each morning, like you believe seasons change, nobody can steal your powers from you, and you're free to do whatever, you're limitless, and let's be real, we don't have any old monks or gurus to please here, we all want to shift.₊⊹

^᪲᪲᪲Non-dualism in shifting - the concept. ^᪲᪲᪲

When you lay down to shift; you constantly try to achieve some state, a state of being in your dr. According to non-dualism, the state has already been achieved, since you are not separate from it. Similarly, you're not separate from the version of you who has shifted; you're not distinct from your dr self, you're already well blended into the environment and atmosphere of your dr. So basically, we circle back to our pillars of shifting belief:

- "you're already in your dr, right now"

- "you shift every second"

- "shifting doesn't require effort"

- "shifting is instant"ּ

٠ ࣪⭑Non-dualism in shifting - the application ٠ ࣪⭑

- if non dualism resonates with you- adapt it into your day to day life, your stream of thoughts. Look at the sky, "That's me", look at the soil, "That's me", look at the liveliness of nature, "That's me", imagine a visual of you living your best life, "That's me."

- related to void or trance state, remember, the blackness behind your eyes, is you, and that blackness is the void state. And you are the void state.

- You are the knowledge; you are the wisdom you require to shift and manifest.

- You are the state of being in your dr, and you are the state of not being in your dr ... I don't know... choose what's convenient? :)

States: What They Are And How To Use Them

States: What They Are and How to Use Them

A state, also known as a state of consciousness, is an identity. When you are in the state of the wish fulfilled, you are identifying and being the person who already has your desire(s).

For example, say you're manifesting a specific person, more popularly referred to as an SP. You are currently identifying as someone who is single. As someone who wants your SP but doesn't have them. In order to manifest them, you need to identify as someone who is taken; someone who is in a relationship with your SP.

You are I Am: pure consciousness. You are currently embodying a state, and you can just as easily embody a new one. You are not your state, and you can move between states with perfect ease.

For ease, we often refer to the state that we desire to occupy--the state where we already have our desire--as the State of the Wish Fulfilled.

No matter what you are manifesting, your goal is to make the State of the Wish Fulfilled your dwelling state. You do this by going back to the State of the Wish Fulfilled more than you go back to the state where you do not have your desire. An encompassing term for this is the State of Lack.

How do you enter a state?

By intention. The second you want to enter a state, you do just that. However, if you're new to applying states, this might be a confusing concept to you. It can be hard to trust the fact that you actually shifted states, even though you did. If this is how you feel, you can say an affirmation that implies you entered the state. It can be as simple as "I am now in the State of the Wish Fulfilled."

Now you're in the State of the Wish Fulfilled. What happens if you go back to the State of Lack? How can you tell you fell out of the state?

A simple way to tell that you have fallen out of the State of the Wish Fulfilled is by your thoughts. Your thoughts come from your state, so if you are thinking thoughts that do not align with your desired state, then you have fallen out of it. These thoughts can be negative thoughts, doubts, worries, reactions to the 3D, et cetera. Reasonings is an encompassing term for this, which I discuss in <this> post.

All that is needed of you when you realize that you slipped from the State of the Wish Fulfilled, is to shift back to it. Say your affirmation again. "I am now in the State of the Wish Fulfilled." Problem solved; you are now back in the state.

It is important to monitor your thoughts, so that every time you enter the State of Lack, you can quickly re-enter the State of the Wish Fulfilled.

Make sure you shift back to the State of the Wish Fulfilled every time you notice that you have slipped out of it. By doing this, you will make the State of the Wish Fulfilled your dwelling state. Once the State of the Wish Fulfilled is your dwelling state, your desire will manifest into your 3D reality.

Persist until this happens. That is all you need to do.

did you ever deal with overthinking on your journey? i know the law is real but i keep thinking that i'm always doing something wrong. i know the law works but i can't seem to trust that i'm doing it right:(

there was a lot of overthinking at the most random times. I would be so fulfilled for a few days, no negative thoughts or doubts and then one day I'm overthinking like it's the end of the world. I became the most anxious person and there would be doubt after doubt.

I just learned to let it be. it will pass and as soon as I'm feeling better I can just Guide myself back to my desired state.

ᯓ Free Will Exists, But Only In Your Reality.

Each person is the operant power of their own reality. This means that while you have complete free will over your own thoughts, assumptions, and state of being, others in your reality do not have free will in relation to you. They are bound by the assumptions you hold about them.

For example -

If you assume someone dislikes you, they will unconsciously reflect that assumption in their behavior.

If you assume someone admires you, they will begin to act in accordance with that belief.

If you assume that a specific person will text you, they will feel compelled to do so without even realizing why.

This happens because reality is shaped by consciousness first, then external circumstances follow. People in your life are merely playing the roles you have assigned to them through your dominant thoughts and beliefs.

ᯓ Everyone Is You Pushed Out.

Another fundamental concept tied to the loa is “Everyone Is You Pushed Out” (EIYPO). This means that other people in your reality are simply mirrors reflecting your inner world.

Imagine that you have this belief that “people always disappoint me.” You will notice that, regardless how many different people come into your life, they all somehow end up disappointing you. This isn’t because they consciously choose to. It’s because your assumption shapes your experience with them.

On the flip side, if you start assuming that “people always treat me with love and respect,” suddenly, you will notice a change in how people behave toward you. It’s not that they’ve suddenly made a conscious decision to be nicer to you. Your assumption has shifted the way they show up in your reality.

ᯓ How To Use This Knowledge To Your Advantage.

⋆ A. Change your assumptions about people.

If there’s someone in your life you want to act differently, change the way you assume they think and behave. Instead of assuming they are distant, uninterested, or rude, assume they are warm, loving, and eager to be around you. When you persist in these new assumptions, their behavior must shift to reflect them.

⋆ B. Ignore the current reality.

Even if someone is currently acting in a way that contradicts your desired assumption, do not react to it. Understand that what you are seeing is simply a reflection of your past assumptions. Keep persisting in your new belief, and their behavior will eventually align with it.

⋆ C. Perist until it hardens into fact.

Persistence is key. Your assumptions will manifest as long as you do not waver in your belief. If doubts arise, remind yourself that reality must conform to your dominant assumptions. There are no exceptions

ᯓ What About Morality And Ethics?

Some people worry that if others don’t have free will in their reality, does that mean they can manipulate or control people? The answer is no, because the loa is not about controlling others, but about shifting your perception of them.

You are not “forcing” anyone to do anything against their will. You are simply aligning your reality with the version of them that already exists in infinite possibilities. Every version of a person already exists. You are just tuning into the one that matches your assumptions.

For example, if you assume someone is loving, you are simply shifting into a reality where they are naturally loving toward you. You are not changing them. You are aligning with a reality where that version of them exists.

Little Storytime For You Eager Souls

I have so many requests and dms right now, both on tiktok and tumblr, I promise that I will get through all of them, don't be alarmed if it takes me a few days to respond. I'm trying to genuinely put in effort in every piece of advice I give, and sometimes I just need a bit to recharge💚

Things that my mentor, Halt has taught me, and how this has affected me across realities: (but secretly it's also good shifting advice)

So for a little context, most of my and my husband's drs are medieval based, and Halt has been the father figure and mentor that has taught mainly me, but also my husband many things, to the point he is in many of our drs. He has the typical grumpy found father vibes, and he is a ranger. (If anyone recognises where he's originally from, I love you)

Understand what you are doing, this is regarding anything you want to do in life.

One thing he always says is ''Don't practice until you get it right, practice until you don't get it wrong.'' He taught me that doing the same things over and over isn't useful if you have no idea what you are doing. This man has made me train for hundreds of hours, in the hottest weather, in the rain, snow, storms, any circumstances you can think of. He always insisted that I should know why I'm doing it. ''Work gets frustrating if you don't know why you're doing it, or what you're doing it for. If you know why, it's still frustrating, but it's worth it.'' He always said that no one is forcing me, that it doesn't have to be fun, but I need to know what I'm doing it for. I took this advice along with me to so many places, it's useful not only in a physical sense, but also when it comes to shifting, or trying to relate or understand people that you're trying to help.

2. Fresh flowers bring life

Halt is the last person you would expect it from, but whenever there are flowers, he always puts a fresh bunch in every room of his cabin. It's such a subtle and peaceful action. I've never been able to tease him for it, and instead, the habit stuck with me as well. Whenever there are flowers, I pick a few. It's a reminder that, despite the chaos, despite anything going on, the world keeps turning, things keep growing. I still vividly remember the many times he scolded me over my bouquets not being up to his standards. There's gentleness even in the roughest people.

3. Prepare for the worst, don't expect it

I'm a huge overthinker, I had a nasty habit of always expecting the worst outcome in any situation. And although it made me ready to face it, it also clouded my judgement. There have been many situations where I responded too harshly or impulsively to danger, simply because I took insignificant things as a sign that things were going south. ''You have to be ready for it, be prepared, but don't expect it until you have proof. You need to be able to respond accordingly to any outcome, if you only focus on the bad, you don't leave any room for it to go well.'' There have been so many cases where I truly taught I was fucked, but I still kept going with the original plan, and as it turns out, in 8/10 cases it didn't nearly end as badly as I feared, but it probably would have if I gave in to my fears.

4. If you can do it at your best, you can do it at your worst

I already mentioned that I've trained for countless of hours, in any circumstances, but admittedly I can be a bit lazy. Mainly once my skill grew, and I was confident in my abilities. If the weather is horrible, why would I go outside with my bow and knives, to spend hours getting dirty in the mud and feeling like a drowned cat? Halt was quick to correct my thinking, reminding me that, the circumstances not being ideal is not an excuse to slack off. It's not favourable to do something when I don't feel like it, but that doesn't take away by ability to do it regardless. ''If you want to achieve something, you have to be consistent, stop feeling pity for yourself.'' It has caused me to be way more persistent in my goals, but also in doing the things I want to do. In the past I may've told myself or others I'm too lazy when something isn't handed to me on a silver platter, now I take it as a reward to see results, even if I didn't originally feel like doing something. It also helped me see the good side of things, even small aspect. Yes the weather is shit, I'm soaked and miserable, but the rain makes me feel alive, all my arrows landed where I wanted them to, and I saw a cool bird.

5. You're worth the value you give yourself

''Many people in life will not agree with you, they might ridicule you, or not believe in your capabilities. Rather than sulking over this, take it as a chance to prove them wrong.'' Being the overthinker I am, I was often worried about people's opinions on me. Honestly I still kind of am, but I have improved a lot. Someone insulting me is their choice, but it's my choice to pick how I want to respond to it. If I don't let it affect me, it won't harm me either. Halt is quite small. In my drs I'm around 175cm, he's shorter than I am. With the fame he carries, people tend to make fun of his height. They expect a huge warrior, instead they get a small grumpy man. His ability however, to not give a fuck, is admirable. He knows his worth, and he couldn't care less about someone who has no value to him, having their uninformed opinion about what he should be like. It has been a big reminder for me too that the only opinions that should truly matter to me, are those of the people that I look up to myself. I'm really grateful that I have been able to teach this same lesson to my and my husband's children, and always assure them that something only gets meaning when you give it to it.

I'm definitely planning on actual storytimes as well, I just don't really know what people prefer to see (prime example of my overthinking). I have experienced many things that might be considered a little traumatic, even if they make good stories, but I can also definitely keep it sweet or wholesome. For now I hope that these advices that helped me greatly throughout my lives, might be useful to some of you as well! Happy shifting💚

we’re accessing SHARED SUBJECTIVITY: perspectives that just happen to align (o’connell, 2012).

even in science, reality is INTERPRETED, never just received.

the hippocampus contextualizes this info: where you were, how it felt, what it meant

that processed, personal experience becomes your reality

this isn’t just one researcher’s theory. other experts agree:

• feinberg (1997) showed that internal (subjective) and external (objective) perspectives of consciousness are mutually IRREDUCIBLE.

BASICALLY: you can’t FULLY explain the inner experience just by describing brain activity.

• bajic et al. (2021) revealed how alzheimer’s patients shift into more INTERNALLY constructed realities.

BASICALLY: this means that reality is ALWAYS, in part, a mental construction, and it changes as brain states change.

your consciousness filters, colors, and chooses what BECOMES real.

you shift realities not by forcing the world to change, but by CHANGING how YOU contextualize, interpret, and assign meaning to it.

and that process happens neurologically and energetically (your thoughts + emotions literally carry energy!)

science doesn’t cancel your power. it CONFIRMS your role as the one who chooses the lens through which YOU view your reality. neuroscience shows that your brain CONSTRUCTS your perception of reality, not reality itself. it filters what you experience based on your beliefs, focus, and assumptions.

but it’s your consciousness, your SOUL, that chooses the reality in the first place. the brain just processes the version of reality you’ve aligned yourself with. it’s not the creator, just the interpreter.

you are the operant power. you choose the lens, the identity, the timeline. your brain and body simply respond to what your awareness has already declared as TRUTH.

you are the observer, the chooser, AND the experiencer.

if you’re interested in a deeper dive, i HIGHLY recommend giving the original papers a read! i always cite them at the end of each post 🫶 additionally, while i integrate scientific findings into these posts, my overall discussion remains interpretive and spiritually oriented, reflecting the bridge between neuroscience research and manifestation philosophy, as well as expressing the correlations i observed between the two.

i write about the relationship between science and manifestation with the intention of providing clarity and reassurance regarding these topics, but please remember that you do not necessarily NEED physical proof in the traditional scientific sense (experiment, statistical analysis, etc.) in order to manifest. you ARE the proof! reality is subjective, and your experience of reality is purely your own.✨

furthermore, there are many inherent limitations to science itself as a means of measurement and explanation. it cannot measure the spiritual, and it certainly cannot measure every individual’s subjective reality experience. given this, i strongly (but lovingly!) urge you to refrain from seeking a post about conventional evidence (in the scientific sense) of shifting/manifestation, because you simply won’t find it. and that’s okay! science and spirituality go hand in hand. they are two sides of the same coin that is reality.

I already know everything!!

How do I apply this to my routine?

it requires consistency and confidence(or whatever you decide it), but its so simple!!!

1. Decide what’s yours:

Affirm mentally and emotionally that what you want is already yours. Don’t look for signs or validate it in 3D. Just know it.

2. Act as if you already have it:

Make choices and take actions with the mindset of someone who already has what you want. It doesn’t have to be something grand; start small, like dressing, speaking, or carrying yourself with confidence.

3. Redirect thoughts:

Whenever you notice doubts or fears, redirect them to positive affirmations and feelings. Something like:

• “It’s already done, everything is happening in my favor.”

• “My reality reflects my certainty.”

4. Let go without losing focus:

Live your life lightly. Don’t worry about the “how” or “when.” Trust that the universe (or your 4D) is taking care of it.

Practice this daily, naturally, as part of your routine. Little by little, it will become automatic.

And don't forget the most important thing: you decide every detail about your manifestation, whether it is easy, quick, instantaneous, whether the methods help or are not necessary. You choose everything and you make the rules of your own reality, don't let others choose for you how you will manifest, do what seems most natural and comfortable for you.
