severance is so scary i hope jobs arent real
if you could give yourself an advice in the begging of your journey, what would it be?
one piece of advice I would give myself is, stop running to bloggers for every small doubt, just read Edward art and when in doubt ask "would I do ... if I was living my dream life"
keep in mind I have been on loablr since 2022, known about loa since 2020 and been using subs since 2017
it's definitely been a journey and I think I've seen it all...
hi, i'm manifesting my dream life and i was wondering if it's alright if i still sometimes think about what's going on in the 3d, like for example i would think something like "i wonder when my mom is coming home", even though in my dream life she doesn't work, or something like "when is my little brother coming to visit" but in my dream life we live together, and etc, and other small things like that, would i have to flip those thoughts every time or will those kind of thoughts not affect anything?
You don't need to flip those thoughts, but rather when they pop up, let them remind you to shift yourself into the State of the Wish Fulfilled. The actual thoughts will have no bearing on whether or not you manifest your dream life, but if you find yourself dwelling on them in a negative manner, it's best to shift yourself to your desired state afterwards
“the cause is self inside. all fear inside is self fear. all desire inside is self desire. all denial inside is self denial. it comes down to the self. we can use our imagination unwisely by fearing things, desiring things, and denying ourselves of things but in the end its just things. so we change not the things of the world, but the self. we do this by leaving the world of things alone and ignoring the facts of the world and accepting, fulfilling, and approving ourselves into a new state.” - edward art

“This sentence explains absolutely everything when it comes to manifesting. I hope these explanations help things click into place the way it did for me.
Stop reacting to the physical world. For now and evermore. If consciousness is the only reality that exists, why react to the physical world?
That also involves this: stop trying to change the physical world. It doesn’t exist. If you want your problem to go away, just stop focusing on it. Lack of attention to something makes it fade away. You can’t be successful if you keep focusing on and changing the old. You just bring more struggle into your experience.
As your consciousness is the only reality that exists, you already have what you want. There is nothing you have to change (in the physical world) when you have what you want.
The only thing you have to change is your mind. It is all that exists. Absolutely nothing else does. You already have what you want. Creation is finished. Realise and be aware that your wish already exists, it doesn’t need you to help create it, it just needs you to be loyal to its existence. Get used to being aware of your desire, instead of being aware of its lack. You have to BECOME. Not try to get, not try to manifest, but become. All these thoughts are references of something that already exists. So live the life you would now that you have what you want. Let the old story of trying go away, and the new story of having come in.
None of the things you see outside is the ‘truth’. To be honest, nothing is. As consciousness is the only reality, what you think or believe is the truth is what you’ve paid so much attention to in your mind. With all those thoughts and feelings, it had to come into your physical world. That’s why manifesting isn’t about something contradicting the other. It’s about paying all of your attention to something else so it can arrive in your experience instead.
Once you truly understand what you’re supposed to do, which is simply becoming, you might wonder about the when’s, the how’s, the “is it even possible” questions. Let me answer each of them. It is a universal law. The very fabric of reality. It will deliver, no matter what. The fact that you have it in your mind is proof enough, as it is in the only reality. The world will reflect that. As for the other two, it doesn’t matter. The world isn’t based off of ‘this is more logical and likely than the other outcome’. It is based only off of your mind. It doesn’t change, it reflects. Absorb the meaning of that. As long as you have a clear and powerful image in your head, it will bend to answer you. Anything is possible.
The physical manifestation will and must come. As Neville said, the time difference is inversely proportional to the amount of naturalness. I like to think of the physical world as a screenshot of your mind right now. You might ask, if I have it right now, why can’t I see the corresponding screenshot? The thing is your mind is filled with all the old thoughts too. The more you sink into the right mindset, the more evidence you will see. The world doesn’t reflect all of a sudden. It takes every thought and reflects it physically. So it’s happening physically little by little, to reflect the perfect whole image in your head of already having it. That’s why this is a practice. Neville said something similar, to focus on the feeling fulfilled until it crowds all other ideas of consciousness. Don’t keep on changing to having the old story or your progress will be slower, or it’ll even stop. Your mind should be full of this new reality where you already have it. The less you focus on the old story and the more you focus on the new one, the more evidence of your desire you will see.
I’m going to quote myself from the previous point: ‘Your mind should be full of this new reality where you already have it.’ And that’s what Neville was trying to say all along when he talked about changing your reality. He wasn’t telling you how to change the physical world. The physical world reflects your mind, it isn’t a reality. And that process is automatic, you don’t have to meddle with that. He was explaining how to change your mind. By accepting that you have it, and living life from there. He was teaching people how to change their mind to realise that.
Sometimes it’s hard because you see the world and you think, oh no, this stuff is happening, nothing is changing. Remember, the world in every moment is a screenshot of your mind. Nothing is happening, it’s just screenshotting and reflecting. Your new desire is crowding out everything else. You might still see evidence of your old story. But if you’re loyal to the happenings in your mind, that won’t be very long. You have already determined the end result. Stay true to it. Live in that state of mind. You already have it all, so none of the things you see matter. They’re fading away, being crowded by the new image.

Why Does Physical Change Literally Happen?
{+1 explanation for the logical part of the brain}
“Will I just be pretending to myself?” “What is the logic in changing my current unwanted body for what I want to be and how others see me and this change?”
Some questions that go through our heads when we talk about manifesting the desired appearance, and this is normal. Let's demystify this and be absolutely sure to manifest more easily and quickly.
First no, you are not “faking it to yourself.” What you are doing is a process of mental self-reprogramming that uses the power of the mind to create a new internal reality, which will inevitably be reflected on the outside.
When you intensely imagine your desired body, your brain acts as if it were already true. It begins sending signals to your body to align your physiology with this new vision. This isn’t “faking it,” it’s literally reprogramming your system.
Your body is run by your brain. Everything it does—from regenerating cells to changing its structure—responds to instructions that you, consciously or not, send it. When you see yourself as the version of yourself you want to be, you are literally reprogramming your brain to create that physical change.
Examples in Science and Biology:
• Epigenetics: Your thoughts influence which genes are “turned on” or “turned off.” If you internally assume the identity of a person with the desired body, your body begins to align with that identity.
• Neuroplasticity: The brain reorganizes itself based on the beliefs you hold. It can change hormonal patterns, metabolic patterns, and even cellular regeneration to adapt to what you believe to be true.
• Assumed Identity: When you believe that you already have the desired appearance, the body begins to respond with real physiological changes. For example, a mental model of “I am thin” can change hunger patterns and metabolism, while “I am young” can stimulate collagen production.
• Instructions to the Subconscious: The subconscious controls automatic functions of the body, such as cell regeneration and fat distribution. It accepts everything you imagine with emotion as absolute truth.
People see you through the energy and confidence you exude. If you are aligned with the feeling that you are already who you want to be, others will automatically begin to treat and see you that way.
• They may not know “how” or “when” you changed, but they will notice that something is different. This is because your self-confidence and inner congruence have a direct impact on social interactions.
When you decide that you are already the desired version of yourself, you’re not pretending, you’re taking on a new identity. This is a conscious exercise in creating the reality you want, and 3D has no choice but to reflect that decision.
1. People who underwent hypnosis believing they had real burns on their skin developed physical blisters—because their bodies responded to their minds.
2. Patients in placebo studies who “believed” they were taking a rejuvenation drug experienced real physical changes, such as improved skin and organs.
These are extreme examples, but they show that the mind instructs the physical body, and the body obeys. It’s not symbolic or “just in the imagination”—it’s a transformation that manifests itself in the tangible.
To truly believe that your physical transformation is happening:
• Decide and Feel: “I already have this.” See your body as what you want, not what you “think it is.”
• Visualize Clearly: Imagine what it would be like to touch, see, and live with this body. Not just mentally, but as if it were already a reality.
• Believe in Inner Logic: Whatever your mind accepts as truth, your body will do. If you have assumed this new identity, your body has no choice but to follow.
It’s not pretending, nor is it wishful thinking. It’s using the power of your mind to literally transform your body into something physical and real.
They deactivated their acc, they do think rationally tho. I thought it might help some of you.
the NEUROSCIENCE of REALITY SHIFTING: can the brain distinguish between what is “real” (in the 3D) and what is imagined (in the 4D)? 🧠✨
. ★⋆. ࿐࿔ ✦ . . ˚ .ੈ✧̣̇˳·˖
hi angels! ₊˚⊹♡
i know sometimes when we talk about reality shifting and the law of assumption, it can feel like magic, and it really is!
so i wanted to start a new series where i explore the science behind it, or more specifically the correlations i observe between scientific literature and spiritual manifestation philosophies! 🫶
this first post addresses the idea that YOUR BRAIN CANNOT TELL THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PHYSICAL REALITY (3D) AND IMAGINED REALITY (4D)!
. ★⋆. ࿐࿔ ✦ . . ˚ .ੈ✧̣̇˳·˖
research shows that when you vividly imagine something,
your brain activates similar neural patterns as when you actually perceive it in the physical realm (Dijkstra et al., 2021).
♡ this means:
⤷ your brain treats vivid imagination and real perception in a similar way.
if you assume yourself into a new reality strongly enough,
your brain can’t fully distinguish between what is “imagination” and what is “actual experience”. it just responds as if it’s happening.
. ★⋆. ࿐࿔ ✦ . . ˚ .ੈ✧̣̇˳·˖
another study (Dijkstra & Fleming, 2023) found that:
the mind COMBINES both real and imagined signals and decides something is “real” if it feels strong enough.
♡ this means:
⤷ when you assume something with enough emotion, focus, and vividness, your brain accepts it as reality and starts building your experience around it.
so when you shift realities or assume a new self concept,
you’re literally feeding stronger signals into your system, until your whole brain and body accept it as true.
. ★⋆. ࿐࿔ ✦ . . ˚ .ੈ✧̣̇˳·˖
recent neuroscience research (Dijkstra et al., 2021) explored how vividly imagining something can activate the brain in ways that closely resemble real perception.
the brain scan figure above shows that certain brain regions — including the pre-supplementary motor area (pre-SMA) and dorsolateral prefrontal cortex (dlPFC) — are significantly modulated by how vivid an individual’s mental imagery is, and how visible a physical stimulus is.
the stronger and more vivid your imagination, the more your brain treats it as if it were real perception.
interestingly, the early visual cortex (evc), which is a brain region crucial for vision, responded differently:
• vivid imagination produced neural patterns more similar to low-visibility perception
• while “real” (physical) perception during high visibility matched more vivid imagery.
💡✨ this means that even if your imagined experience feels “lighter” than seeing something with your eyes open, your brain is still processing it as real enough to influence your perception of reality (Dijkstra et al., 2021).
AKA…
⤷ if you imagine vividly enough, your brain starts accepting your assumptions as real experiences.
this beautifully correlates with the idea behind manifestation and reality shifting:
the more vividly and consistently you assume something is real, the more your brain and your consciousness work together to make it true. and that truth is ultimately what is reflected back to you in the 3D (physical). in a sense, your brain literally weaves imagination into reality. so use that to your advantage!!
. ★⋆. ࿐࿔ ✦ . . ˚ .ੈ✧̣̇˳·˖
research is also exploring how imagination can happen unconsciously (Jaworska, 2024).
the study referenced above suggests that:
your deeper mind is constantly imagining and projecting possibilities without you even realizing it.
so not only are you consciously shifting with affirmations, intention and focus, but your subconscious is also weaving your path in the background.
essentially, you’re ALWAYS creating. even when you’re not actively thinking about it!
. ★⋆. ࿐࿔ ✦ . . ˚ .ੈ✧̣̇˳·˖
🧠 your brain’s neural pathways change based on belief.
• this is a phenomenon referred to as neuroplasticity.
when you affirm a new assumption over and over (ex. “i am successful”), your brain literally rewires itself to treat that assumption as true.
🧠 your reticular activating system (RAS) focuses your perception.
• when you assume something, your RAS filters reality to show you evidence matching that assumption so that you experience more of it.
🧠 deep meditation states make shifting easier.
• when you’re relaxed (theta/delta brainwaves), your subconscious is wide open to suggestion. that’s why shifting techniques often make use of deep relaxation, meditation or even falling asleep!
^ i’ll definitely be making more posts discussing the above concepts in FURTHER DETAIL, so keep an eye out! there’s lots of literature available right now about it, so i highly suggest looking into it if you’re interested! 🤍✨
. ★⋆. ࿐࿔ ✦ . . ˚ .ੈ✧̣̇˳·˖
you are always shifting realities, whether you realize it or not.
you are always shaping your world with your assumptions. reality is yours to choose. <3

✨ NOTE: i recognize that not everyone reading this may come from a scientific background, or even desire to dive into the full technical details of the neuroscience mechanisms and topics i discussed here. for that reason, the content of this post is intentionally simplified to make the core ideas more accessible, while still staying true to the scientific literature referenced above. if you’re interested in a deeper dive, i HIGHLY recommend giving the original papers a read! 🫶 additionally, while i integrated scientific findings into this post, my overall discussion remains interpretive and spiritually oriented, reflecting the bridge between neuroscience research and manifestation philosophy, as well as expressing the correlations i observed between the two.✨
sending so much love and light! <3

9.45: Welcome and introduction
10.00: Gábor Hofer-Szabó: Is the quantum state real?
In the talk, I will overview the different arguments for and against the reality of the wave function and revisit the psi-ontic/psi-epistemic debate and the PBR theorem.
11.00: Coffee
11.15: Márton Gömöri: Classicality and Bell’s Theorem
Many physicists are unimpressed by Bell’s theorem. A widespread view is that Bell’s reasoning rests upon assumptions—sometimes referred to as “classicality” or “classical realism”—that directly go against the fundamental principles of quantum mechanics. According to such an understanding, the violation of Bell’s inequalities poses no challenge to our causal picture of the world (locality, in particular), but simply reinforces the fact that quantum mechanics is not classical. The talk will offer a critical discussion of this common view.
12.15: Lunch
13.30: Szilárd Szalay: Quantum correlations
We survey the different kinds of bipartite correlation arising in discrete finite quantum systems: correlation, discord, entanglement, Schrödinger steering and Bell nonlocality. We discuss how these are related to each other, and illustrate them operationally, or at least mathematically.
14.30: Coffee
14.45: Tamás Kiss: Determinism, chaos, quantum mechanics
The great promise of natural sciences is that they can predict future events. Among natural sciences, physics is the one which assumes the existence of the least possible number of elementary things such that it can make experimentally verifiable predictions. (In sharp contrast e.g. to mathematics, which tries to avoid elementary things and use only relations and, of course, it would not like to experimentally test its statements.) This more or less explicit program has achieved great successes since the Renaissance: the idea of determinism pervaded European thought and even globally, diligent STEM teachers strive to put all pupils on the ground of micro-determinism. The idea of determinism, however, sprung a leak from two directions in the past century. First, it turned out that even deterministic, mechanical equations possess solutions which allow for predictions, but a slight change of the initial condition leads to fast increasing deviations in the solution. In other words, the system is practically unpredictable. Then came quantum mechanics, with its inherently probabilistic nature. Here, determinism could only have been saved by paying very high penalties, e.g. giving up localism, which most physicists reject. In this talk, we present a deterministically chaotic quantum protocol, based on measurement and postselection. Each step of our iterative scheme has a chance of not being successful, but in case of success, the pure state of the system remains pure and evolves deterministically. We also consider effects of noise in such a system.

how I view manifesting - its not a process instead a shift of thought
since we have already established that manifestation is something we have been practising since birth... of course that means our 'current reality' is simply a manifestation in of itself.
using this knowledge, what differentiates manifesting your current reality (full of things you don't desire) to your desired reality? nothing.
we assume certain aspects of our day-to-day life to be true, therefore it is. we assume to wake up in a certain body, with a certain amount of money, with certain relationships ect.... so obviously we wake up to said assumptions being true. we continue these assumptions even if it's not what we desire. what's stopping you from shifting these assumptions towards your desired reality? why assume 'im going to wake up broke', when I can assume to be wealthy?
manifestation is not a process, it's is a continuous law that can not be stopped... therefore, loa is simply a shift of thought, nothing more.
i hope this is clear and comprehensible, as always enjoy your day.
lots of love,
rose
