I think the only advice I can give "for art" is to improve your mental health and reach out for help, because you can 'only' get inspiration when you're living your life. You don't have to be making memorable adventures, but it will help you improve in art when you have a life and have mental help. Not all Artist have to suffer to make good art.
And remember to do stretches and have breaks
