Erm... Sevika Kinda Bad

my SUPER old OCs (gonna be drawing as many of them as I can this week) these are from when I was around 9 or so (if you can't tell lol) my plan is to include every old OC and plotline I have ever made into my current comic, so... we're gonna have to figure out how to incorporate these ppl lol

man i LOVED stripes and patterns and colours... lowkey I still do

i'm trying to make their designs better but still keeping them as similar to the original version as possible

a lot of these are either white or east asian... def just copied the demographics of my elementary school lol

mfw the half fox half demon half angel princess warrior OC walks in

doing full bodies to make sure i know how to draw their whole design and also to practise posing and anatomy cuz I NEVER draw full bodies even though I probably should

these take like half an hour each and i usually have a minimal sketch plus just draw it in one go so it's not as clean or perfect I'm just trying to aim for quantity because my main focus is really just design and drawing them in my current art style

i made this doodle in like five seconds but I accidentally made it look so sad I feel sad looking at it

it's me when i put ice cream mochi out to thaw but then I forget about it and it becomes all soupy and I then I have to eat ice cream soup

speaking of ice cream i tried ben and jerry's for the first time!!! its so good omg cherry garcia is a BANGER

i had trench foot this morning cuz I wore wet socks and shoes for 7 hours after the absolute INSANE storm yesterday... my feet hurt so bad it was like stepping on fire why nerves gotta be like this

my best drawings are my five second silly doodles with no sketch, just pure and raw expression

vegan marshmallows are better than regular marshmallows

i'm not even vegan but the texture is so much better

how we feeling about my old art 😭

this was 5 years ago crazy to think how much I've improved!!

sometimes (most of the time) i look at my old art and just think... why?? why that neck? why the legs?? why that chin? why that hair?

the lineart is a bit... rough in places

man i drew WAY too hard wtf i can see all the erased lines why did I press my pencil so hard

dont be discouraged if your art looks like this currently, you will get to where you wanna be, I know I sure did, and a few years is actually quite short to make such a large improvement

no i didnt draw the rest of her cuz this was just a basic sketch and i thought it was good enough to colour and render

magma filters are great but they NEED to add a blend brush and cool effects

we dont talk about the hands ok i couldnt care less 😭 and i did this quickly but i can draw hands ok i just didnt try

man i love colour schemes and saturation

resisting the urge to not constantly talk about and draw my OCs everyday

i should draw the prince more (and his family + general monarchy ngl)

theyre both dumb in their own ways (jayden fix all problems with either punches or hugs, lefayze just... doesn't know that problems exist)

went a little harder than i usually do idk I was just feeling like it, I love colours and sky

wasnt sure how to mash together all those outfit ideas but I hope it looks ok I'm no fashion expert

i lied that it might take some time, "slow" to me is like a day I just draw really fast 😭 also lowkey trying to get in the mood for artfight (I've been saying this for months even though it's not at all close to july I just wanna keep my skills sharp so I can aim for two attacks a day)
