Evangelion 3.0 : You can not REDO [2012] - Character Design
I made a little black cat plush UwU.
Drew Omori and the gang:)
Now keep in mind all this is my opinion, but if I offend anyone I donāt care frankly so donāt try to start shit with me.
Kiruko is a character that spoke to me on the deepest level imaginable, heās always been him. When he said āmy body is a womanās, but in here, my mind is a manās. So⦠Iām a manā I lit up, I was so happy, I had never seen a character say something that is the very essence of how I feel as a trans man. But then I read further because I couldnāt just leave the cliff hanger of that episode⦠and then I saw the comments of so many transphobes being so glad that Kiruko āisnāt transā⦠but the thing is he is on the deepest fundamental level he just is, it doesnāt matter how or why.
I donāt exactly know how else to say this, but I have a major problem with people who want Kiruko to be a girl⦠heās not.
When Robin did what he did Kiruko was traumatised. He had not only lost his sister, but was just hurt by someone who he thought cared about both him and his sister⦠he trusted Robin, and what happened fucking broke him
I donāt think he truly wanted to become his sister in that moment, he wanted to escape and feel safe she was his only family and he wanted to feel like she was still with him in some way or another, heās not a trans woman and I personally find people who think Kiruko is a trans woman fucked up, because youāre ignoring all of his trauma. Iām saying this as someone with a lot of trauma and CPTSD.
Being trans does not mean to become someone else, that want is a trauma response from what happened with Robin. and trauma doesn't make you trans. Kirukoās mind is a man and his body isnāt, the feeling that your body isnāt your own is presented far more literally with Kiruko, but Iām sure any trans person can relate to the feeling that your body isnāt your own.
Abigail, the 4-year-old hostage who was freed from Hamas terrorists after 51 days in their brutal captivity, is now reunited with her aunt and grandmother.
Why not her parents? Well, they were both slaughtered before her eyes during the October 7th massacre by the same savages who held her hostage.
Her coming home is a joyous moment for us all, but make no mistake, Abigail was orphaned by bloodthirsty, antisemitic Hamas barbarians; her neighbors were slaughtered, burned alive, shot and kidnapped. We will keep fighting these terrorists and make sure that no more 4-year-olds are ever orphaned or held captive by them.
