thanks to shows like scooby doo and paw patrol, a lot of foods targeted towards kids are dog themed !! while not eaten by actual dogs, it’s still a way to make eating human food more fun :3

canines r predators !! most dry dog food contains meats like chicken or beef, but canned meat can simulate wet dog food, lunch meats and bone-in meat are always fun to tear off with ur teeth, snacks like beef jerky are also fun to chew, and slim jims can help simulate chewin on sticks !!

🐾 remember to drink lots of water
pups gotta stay hydrated before, during, and after running around so much !! maybe even keep one of those big metal water bottles on u (now’s the time to decorate it with a bunch of doggy themed stickers !!) they always sort of reminded me of bringing along a metal dog bowl for water :3
🐾 keep ur mouf healthy
canines are known for their teeth :3 everyone says dogs have healthier mouths than humans do, if pups get their teeth brushed, u need it too !!
🐾 don’t chew on anything that might hurt ur teeth !!
I know it’s tempting to chew on real sticks n bones, but ur still a pup and u might hurt ur teeth :( try stim chew toys instead !! u can also try crunchy foods or maybe even gum to keep ur mouth occupied
remember, there is no right or wrong way to regress !!
some people only eat food that dogs can and cut out what they can’t, and that’s okay
some people who regress to a specific breed eat food from that culture / area, and that’s okay
some people find foods that help them regress just by vibes, and that’s okay
some people only eat regression related food sometimes and then normal food other times, and that’s okay
some people don’t change their eating habits at all, and that’s okay
these are only a few ideas trying to help those who have no idea where to start, but you don’t have to follow this post (or any post) or even change your eating habits at all if you don’t feel like it :3 it doesn’t make you any more or less valid than anybody else <3

i quoted the spiders georg post in statistics class without saying spiders georg and it was fun to see most people in the room look bewildered at the thought of eating spiders, and two people looking like
we are the same, i don't have any advice personally, my only guess is that we have lots of "split spikes" during traumatic situations, and that could be happening to you if you are currently in a traumatic situation? that's our personal experience though, so take it with a grain of salt, we dissociate hard when thinking about being plural which makes it really hard to think about solutions. Good luck though!!
Here's the issue:
I writing this am part of a larger system, Wanderstars.
However I (personally) experience different personality and age states as headmates. We are all together in our own group.
If I attempt to push them all together and say "they're different emotions not different people" I spend all day dissociated not knowing who I am at all.
Either way, what I know logically is "happy" and "sad" and "lonely" are different people in the mind and it's how we need to be to function. They don't like being the same person together because they're not the same on some level. Switching between them is best described as monoconscious.
Does anyone have any advice or tips on like...slowing down crazy "splits" of these new fragments? I'm guessing to bring us all together will take serious therapy, since there are dissociative barriers in place for a reason, but in the meantime is there any way to keep us at a low number?
We are traumagenic. Wondering if this is any similar to the experience of any polyfragmented disordered systems? Or just similar to any of your experience.
Any response is welcome. Didn't think we'd be questioning plurality a second time.
