How do you explain to someone what supernatural is about???? Like it’s about two brothers who hunt supernatural things so it’s kinda scary… sometimes… but it’s not a horror because it’s also really funny. In addition to this it’s emotionally devastating at least 3 times a season and will have you bawling your eyes out. Even though it’s about the brothers it’s also really about family and loyalty…. Also it’s only really about ghosts and stuff for the first few seasons then we start tackling some more heavy duty stuff like angels, archangels and eventually god… who despite some people thinking may be good guys are actually the literal worst… minus the one gay angel they befriend and later call family… speaking of which the show also has some really heart wrenching romantic plot points… but is definitely not a romance…. Or is it??? Oh also Dorothy from the wizard of oz, and hitler make guest appearances…. anyways just watch the show.

There’s nothing like being with someone while they watch the dean/cas crypt scene for the first time. Cause if you had been telling yourself you were imagining destiel up to that point it feels like dean saying ‘I need you’ is basically the equivalent of him throwing cas up against the wall and kissing him until they can’t breathe.

WAIT. can we PLEASE also consider the last shot of 15x18 where dean is sitting there sobbing and they had jensen do ADR for it. and how jensen said he played that scene as him sitting there thinking "i didn't give him anything. i should have told him i loved him" and what if. i mean. imagine IF dean had said it back then. to an empty room after the fact, just completely shattered. and they edited and redubbed the scene to cut it out. yes this is me with my conspiracy theory hat on, yes i can still absolutely see the CW ordering that shit to be cut
