Rib bit ribbit ribb it. I planned something bigger but suprise suprise, film editing program isn't excactly good for making frame-by-frame animation.
And I would lost my mind managing 8 frames animations for every character.
Finally setteled on one re-design for the Venus spy i was roleplaying as since 2019-18? on jeja.pl meme site. And my friend asked me to again draw the dream his brother had about them in maid dress and brain-controlling snail on head .
I used to draw them every month heh :p Down part was supossed to be more alieny since the start, but i never designed it before. Overall new design is more Venus worldbuilding and story heavy then for silly drawings, but personality stays the same, the drama-loving dumbass who seriously shouldn't work at the research station with soft spot for human humor.
some discarded concept sketches, the first thing i knew was to remove eyes since they are useless for species living only in caves. I decided to go with ability to walk in all directions as the main goal insted mashing earth creatures together..

Bees domesticated spiders long time ago, since they usefull at dealing with pests in hives, but only some of the spiders. Most species are dangerous predators making deadly traps. To diffirinciate beetwen them, fluffy companions are refered to as arnids (shortern arachnids) and wild remain spiders. Yeah that works like dogs mostly.
Unobvious difrence is spider food is sell as a large capsules to mimic slurping from exosceleton, and they have usually cobnests as their rest area. Also they are many breeds, and working spiders. One of most difficult one is spy-ders who are send to collect pheromone traces after someone (form of eavesdropping).

Why-ever and whenever someone gets into the spiderweb, they always leave with more donuts then gold in their pocket.

I somehow didnt realize that while designing oc based on photography who legit has printer on back of it's head I gave it almost perfect CMYK color pallete until today :0 I even was thinking jokes about them running out of cyan or other printer humor. It was so obvious from time perspective i feel blind👀

Angelymph- holy, glowing gas that allows angels to levitate in the air. On great heights angelymph fills entire body, making it glow like an alive star, near erath's surface special halo-shaped organs compress gas around ribs and edges of umbrellas.
Beak, no teeth, proved great method of air exchange during flight and making very wide range of sounds
Angels’ skin is very flexible, covered in soft scales and almost translucent (in areas where it’s thicker white color is visible)
Umbrellas (3x on head) are used for jellyfish-like motion while leg-wings make direction change easier
Muscle and bone tissue is blue,
Leg-wings work in way analog to bat wings, many people had mistaken them for white gown

Falling: the only way to trully disobey God is by intentionally removing the All-Seeing Eye (works sort of like eating forbidden fruit for humanity). This gives angel (hereinafter referred to as demon) free will, but also quickly deprives angelymph, causing physicall fall.
Horns: are remains of umbrellas, soft membrane easily tears apart on surface and dies off. The same thing happens to leg-wings. This althought painfull is actually beneficial, allowing them to walk on bonetips.
Injures (marked red) never fully heal, causing neverending burning pain sensation. Most of the body tightness and hardens during healing, leaving demons small compared to their former selfs. Under 1.6 meters.
Body fluids: Abscence of angelymph is slowly replaced by normal blood , this mixed with blue organs and scales (it hardens like in exosceleton after molting) makes demon skin purplish-ash color.
Behaviour and look: Demons are way more eager to interact with humans, hence more close to reality depictions. This also caused them to adapt human clothing and fashion. Demons like modyfying their body, buying bodyparts from humans (they suprisingly match, and take demon colorations) or making metalic upgrades.

Human forms: Angels can disguise perfectly as anyone, delicate pulsating can be felt under forehead if you touch it in right spot.
Demons are easier to spot, they human skin is weirdly dead-looking and pale (compared to population, not necessarily white) And largest horn pair is not fully hidden.

I (almost) finished the dress :D. I thought it would be long done before my trip, but I had to speedrun last night. Strips I used turned out to be super stainy, and I had to wash everything and dress was still damp at night so I couldn't paint sun and rest. I'll fix it at home ;p.
