You will meet many disabled and mentally ill people who won’t fit into your idea of how a mentally ill or disabled person is supposed to look and act - and the solution to that is to let them expand your knowledge of what mental illness and disability can look like, not insisting that they aren’t actually disabled or mentally ill because they don’t fulfill certain stereotypes.

people with tooth decay aren't bad people. they aren't lazy either. neither are they unclean or irresponsible. tooth decay doesn't make you a bad person. you don't deserve mockery, judgement, or tooth pain for having any. the only thing people with tooth decay deserve is healthcare.

I know nobody sees these posts, but I thought I'd post this anyway. My system and I are working on a data compendium of all things Complex Dissociative Disorders. This includes studies, diagnostic criteria, lived experiences of people with said disorders, and generally any information that would help clinicians and the general public to understand these disorders. If there's a study, book, or other reputable source of information that you would recommend we include data from or link, please send it our way. -Phantom

The "if you voted for Trump unfollow me" posts are returning, but given then general makeup of your average tumblr user I think there's a different message I'd like to give.

If you didn't vote because "both parties are the same" or "it won't make a difference" or because Kamala wasn't the pure and perfect leader that you wanted or you "didn't want blood on your hands", honestly whether or not you follow me doesn't make a damned bit of difference. But I want you to look. Take a good look at the despair around you right now. And every godforsaken thing that follows I want you to fucking look. Look and know that you could have helped prevent it. We still haven't recovered from his last four years, the world hasn't fucking recovered, and now we're staring down the barrel of god knows how many more years and a river of fucking blood to come along with it.

But your pride and your principles were more important to you than the actual real fucking world we live in.

I hope, if nothing else, that you can take this in. I hope you learn. I hope you grow. I hope you find it in you to realize that in this country they soak our hands in blood the second we take our first breath and the only thing that matters then is what you fucking do with them. What you fight for. Who you fight for. Who you defend.

I hope you wake up. And you step up. And you fucking fight.

sometimes when I answer poll questions or other stuffs, I view it from an idealised, able bodied version of myself. it's how I assert to myself my will and values separate from being a cripple. refusing to even engage with questions about the world becos I'm seriously disabled would make my world that much smaller. I can't escape the material reality of my physical limitations when it comes to real material matters, but in the realm of possibility, when we engage with hypotheticals and explore new ideas, it's freeing to explore what I would do if I were still able bodied. I think that might be part of why I love RP so much

We also need still quite a few signatures in order to reach the one million required.

Finland - 30.31%

Ireland - 24.86%

Netherlands - 24.15%

Germany - 23.54%

Belgium - 23.09%
