Famine’s Monologue
I’ve noticed that while gays, lesbians, and bisexuals are fairly common in plays nowadays, asexuals are nowhere to be found. Thus, I created Famine, devil may care hipster who nonetheless delivers a badass monologue (slightly edited for clarity) that hopefully reassures asexual people that they are valid.
“ Back when I was younger, it always confused the shit out of me as to why the thought of getting sexual with someone made me physically ill. I attempted to fix myself by going to various doctors, and drinking mysterious concoctions of medicines that supposedly increased sexual desire. Then one night, it occurred to me. Why the fuck was I wasting my time attempting to change a portion of myself just to please Society? So, I said screw it and let any person I was getting serious with relationship wise that sex wasn’t in the equation for me. It didn’t always work, mind you, but I finally was able to stop hating myself. Some people are going to be bigots regardless of how strenuously you attempt to educate them and there isn’t much you can do about it. But someone who truly loves you, will accept, and embrace the fact that you’re nonbinary the same way they’ll accept I happen to be a biromantic asexual.”

HOPA Games Representation
This message is for Big Fish and the gaming companies it represents. I’m a queer woman who enjoys playing HOPA games, but is disappointed to see NO LGBT+ representation in them. I understand it would difficult for companies working in places that are hostile towards LGBT+ people to include some (e.g. Russia), but would request that y’all have companies that aren’t make an effort to include us. I shouldn’t have to resort to headcanons to see people like me in HOPA games.
Furthermore, I would like express disappointment in the paltry amounts of POC representation in HOPA games. Some of said representation may have been problematic.
In a nutshell please try to do better representation wise and hire more POC and LGBT+ people to work on your games.

Vampire Academy Characters In Quarantine
-Lissa: Reads all the latest research papers and makes a lovely speech recommending all Moroi practice social distancing. Is struggling to maintain a solid work/life balance.
-Christian: Makes terrible jokes to cheer Lissa up, and ensures she doesn’t forget to eat food, drink blood, and get some sleep.
-Rose: Is going crazy from being in quarantine and feels pissed she can’t kill this motherfucking virus.
-Dimitri: Spars with Rose to help with her frustration and is learning to knit. His first knitting project is a scarf for his mother.
-Mia: Is paranoid that she’s going to get the virus even though Moroi are immune, and prays REALLY hard that a vaccine is coming ASAP even though she’s not normally religious.
-Abe: Is secretly funneling some of his money to help research a cure and/or a vaccine for the virus.
I agree wholeheartedly.
