And it’s never addressed really but like, cmon. She is trained to be a super badass killer assassin. She could’ve easily just shoved the lipstick into Peggy’s mouth no prob but no. Dottie has a crush and therefore she goes in for a peck. And when Peggy is breaking her out, Dottie is like, what up my girl! Let’s go!
