If you watched the Harrychella 1 live stream, you probably noticed Harry's special guest during Late Night Talking (not Shania!):
Who is she?
I think I have an idea...
My first thought was some kind of fertility idol or Venus statue. Didn't find anything particularly close.
Then I saw a picture that made it click:
Notice Harry biting into the apple? It could have biblical connotations: Eve's temptation. So I looked for a statue depicting it.
What I found instead was this:
Venus with the Apple by Thorvaldsens.
All the gods of Classical Greek mythology were invited to a party, except for Eris, the goddess of strife. She had her revenge by throwing a golden apple with the inscription “To the fairest goddess” in among the party guests. But who the fairest of the goddesses was could not be agreed on. Therefore the choice was given to the earthly son of a king, Paris. The choice was between Juno, Minerva and Venus, and it was the latter, goddess of beauty and love, who won and received the apple. The sculpture depicts Venus after the beauty contest. With one hand she grips the clothes on the tree stump to put them back on. With the other she holds the token of beauty up to her admiring gaze.
look familiar? I think this is what we are seeing on stage.
Interestingly, she disappears as Harry sings "Now you're in my life, I can't get you off my mind, I won't even try"
Perhaps she's in his mind? Like a daydream?
There's more to be said here, no doubt, but for now I just wanted to share this little find. <3
Hey racist. Dalton can sing rings around Louis. Its the absolute truth. Louis getting kicked 3 times out of XFactor as he got put in the band only the 3 time he came for his pretty face not poor vocal abilities. That white pretty face and conspiracy theorist maked you racism flare up huh? You speak over POCs and disregard the facts all in service of your cult like conspiracy theory. You are just like trumpies.
Okay, so I've been ignoring your fucking silly ass because you're a stupid person who doesn't have anything more interesting to do than going to blogs and mess with them just because.
Do you even know who you're talking to?, I'm sure not, because I'M a black women, and here we're not talking about racism, but if you wanna talk about that, let's start, you're the only fucking racist shit here, no one else is saying that because he's black he can't be more talented than Louis, but you, for some reason, assume that, and that's not it you start messing with larries(? BECAUSE OF THEIR RACE, as a black women I can tell you that that's fucking sick, you know shit about Louis, if you think that he's not talented is your fucking opinion, I don't think the same as you and that's perfectly fine, although it's a FACT that, at least, he have some talent, I'm so done with you and trying to be polite, you're not calling me racist.
we had some good times didn’t we
we wore our hearts out on our sleeves
goodbyes are bittersweet
but it’s not the end
I’ll see your face again
OVER THE RAINBOW x MEDICINE x TOXIC.
Alright, some of yall need to hear this:
After they break the news in mainstream media and get people talking, like they have with Holivia, they watch the public’s response. This response has been met with a lot of people calling the stunt for what is it: a stunt. So, the best way to make a stunt more believable is to plant small and otherwise unassuming seeds of doubt that lead people to believe the stunt to be true.
What does that mean? It means making people aware of things that can be perceived as organic, or that happened by chance or accident.
For example:
A fan sighting
A leaked picture
A private moment someone witnessed by “accident”
A recounting from someone trustworthy (includes friends, associates and family)
A sneaky pic
Them at each other’s houses (w/ recognizable accessories/background or being told straight up it’s “H’s house”)
Some quality time with shared friends
An “oopsie didn’t see you in the background” video/IG story
A hack
Shared clothes/accessories
Driving together
A recounting of them doing something unassuming together, along with a grainy picture (for example getting food, shopping, coffee, dinner, park etc)
A ‘the paparazzi caught them!’ headline
Following each other’s finstas
Following friends/family
More IG/social media shenanigans
etc
For it to be the most effective, it’s best for the things above to come from different people and mediums. As in, several different sm accounts, tabloids etc.
But getting seen by fans makes it more ✨organic✨. I think Olivia fulfilled all the pap walks needed for this stunt to last a lifetime anyway. And they’re posted by Deuxmoi while they’re going through their “spotted” spree they do occasionally. So, again, organic.
Further shows they haven’t seen each other since probably February. They wanna go ham now when nothing was stopping them before. Okay, sure. 🙄
They went months without being seen and all of a sudden a fans parents recognised harry from his back and thought to take a creepy pic and describe what he was doing to their kid 🤔 sounds legit
I find it so weird that he didn't even tweet hey thanks for the Grammy?
He didn’t thank for the nominations either, not sure why they decided to go with this approach. His Grammy performance is the only one not uploaded in his Youtube channel either, other artists had them up since sunday night because it’s part of the promo post-ceremony. Instead, they called the paps at a random restaurant in Malibu (???????), we got the 100th harry lambert’s interview saying the same things over and over again, 10 posts by gucci and one picture with a very robotic impersonal caption uploaded on every social media.
HSHQ be like,
there’s a growing number of people who claim to “do their own research” but what they are actually doing is reading other fan blogs’ opinions and theories
real research about stunts comes from spending hours finding and reading actual information, not internet strangers’ ideas. You research queer theory, law, pr, image manipulation, hollywood and music industry history, marketing, art theory and history, and so on. Then you synthesize what you learned from many legitimate sources and use what you learned to analyze what is happening in the fandom. That’s what you write in a research post.
Regurgitating other fans’ ideas is not research. Stop calling it that.
