It's exactly what i think. Thank you for reading my mind & writing it ❤️

I'm tempted to say I told you so. - Gladbach vs FCB - 22.03.2015

Today showed exactly what happens if you gift a match to the 2nd goalie within the hot phase. You take routine and a good rhythm away from the No. 1 and put an immense pressure on his shoulders.

In Manu’s case this weighs even double and triple cuz of the few shots he gets on his goal in general and the position he is in with all the worldwide media attention.

Yes it’s a nice gesture to gift a match to Pepe and we all saw what a happy muffin he was that day. And moreso, he did a pretty fine job. I said already back then tho: What happens if Pepe plays a good match and Manu makes a booboo exactly in the next match against Gladbach?

And exactly that happened. Of course Manu is human and is allowed to do mistakes, don’t get me wrong. I’m not mad at him or anything, things like that happen to the best and he’s one of the best. With Golfsburg just playing a draw FCB can afford to lose… heck even if Golfsburg had won FCB can afford to lose, which is just be the 2nd loss in the whole season so far mind you. Thinking Manu will never do a mistake ever again is just delusional.

But the timing for this blunder was awful. Manu hasn’t played in 1 1/2 weeks, and the last match he played was without much work so you can even say he didn’t play for 2 weeks. Now the first shot on his goal in the match against Gladbach was in the net, and it was also by a mistake from Manu. After 2 frickin weeks without real activity for him on the pitch. That doesn’t do anything good to the mental fitness of a keeper. You could literally see his growing insecurity just from the look on his face, it was all like fuck fuck fuck what did I do fuck fuck fuck where can I hide? You could also see it during his save in the second half. He usually goes into an infight without fear, but this time he turned his head away as he feared to get the foot of the other player in his face after the ball bounced off the pole (actually, i think it’s good he did that cuz health comes first and all that, but it’s really not what he usually does, he’s usually fearless). And the next matches are the ones with the German NT with team mates he didn’t play with in this combination for months.

This is another great mistake by Pep, after the one last year when he announced the BuLi finished for Bayern way before the season was over and he started some wild rotations. Regular playtime is so very essential for a keeper cuz of their few ball contacts compared to a field player. A friend of mine is a keeper, too and he hates to be benched cuz of this very reason.  But I’m sure the media will haunt Manu now instead of looking a bit further to analyze just why he lost his rhythm.

Anywho, I’m not even angry cuz I’ve seen it coming and mentally prepared myself for it. I hope Pep will learn from this and stops experiments on the keeper position during the hot phase. He put Manu under extreme pressure which was totally uncalled for and the pressure is even higher now (next match against BVB). And for Manu I hope he can smile again very soon. He just shouldn’t do the mistake and read any news or watch any football related tv shows cuz one rule is if Bayern loses just one match there is a crisis, and there will be a lot of discussions about Manu that’s for sure.

Shame on Bayern fans in the stadium tho who whistled and boo’ed at him. I refuse to call such people fans, they’re just a disgrace, fucking glory hunters. Either you are a fan of a team and its players thru thick and thin or you can fuck off. I never understand the motivation for booing at your own people, as if they gonna play better that way. If anything fans who do this just weaken their team even more. Thank you to the fans who were the exact opposite, who kept cheering and applauding even after the loss.

And Marcel Reif should retire, that’s the nicest thing I can say about him without getting rude so I’ll stop here.

My fv 👍👍👍👍

Ok so why Bayern fans so proud?? You have money and bought good players who are getting you wins. What's so amazing about this? It's amazing when BVB or teams who aren't superficial win because they have home grown talent, they don't buy a million Spanish players and we're proud AF about that.

I’m proud of my team because it’s my team. We did buy good players, but, as I mentioned before, we have also bought unknown players who became big here and have brought up players from our youth as well (Lahm, Müller, Badstuber, Schweinsteiger and, although he were partly raised in Austria Wien too, David Alaba). So don’t tell me that our success is entirely bought. As I pointed out before, the gap in money is existent, I won’t deny that at all, but I don’t want anybody to reduce our victories to that.

I would like to highlight one sentence in this ask in paricular:

“It’s amazing when BVB or teams who aren’t superficial win because they have home grown talent.”

May I ask you where all your “home grown talents” are?

Roman Bürki: Bought from SC Freiburg in 2015.

Roman Weidenfeller: Bought from Kaiserslautern in 2002.

Hendrik Bonmann: Bought from Rot-Weiss Essen in 2013.

Erik Durm: Bought from Mainz 05 in 2012.

Matthias Ginter: Bought from SC Freiburg in 2014.

Mats Hummels: Bought from Bayern München in 2007.

Joo-Ho Park: Bought from Mainz 05 in 2015.

Lukasz Piszczek: Bought from Hertha BSC in 2010.

Marcel Schmelzer: Bought from Magdeburg in 2005, but actually played in Dortmund’s youth for a while.

Sokratis: Bought from Werder Bremen in 2013.

Neven Subotic: Bought from Mainz 05 in 2008.

Sven Bender: Bought from 1860 München in 2009.

Gonzalo Castro: Bought from Bayer Leverkusen in 2015.

Ilkay Gündogan: Bought from Nürnberg in 2011.

Jonas Hofmann: A player who acually played for Dortmund at a young age, but Hoffenheim was actually bringing him up.

Adnan Januzaj: Loaned out from Manchester United in 2015.

Shinji Kagawa: Bought for the first time from Cerezo Osaka in 2010.

Moritz Leitner: A player who acually played for Dortmund at a young age, but 1860 München was actually bringing him.

Henrikh Mkhitaryan: Bought from Donezk in 2013.

Marco Reus: Was actually brought up by Dortmund’s youth - but was considered not strong enough and got sold to Gladbach, before they bought him back.

Nuri Sahin: Was actually brought up by Dortmund’s youth, but left the club two times in between.

Julian Weigl: Bought by 1860 München in 2015.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang: Bought from AS St. Etienne in 2013.

Adrian Ramos: Bought from Hertha BSC in 2014.

My source is the KICKER app, so if there are any mistakes in here, I wanna apologize, but as you can see… I don’t see that many home grown talents here. Sorry.

I'm so sorry but Schuerrle didnt score. But he assisted 2 goals

SCHURLLE SCORED BTW. IT HAPPENED A FEW HOURS AGO BUT NO ONE WAS SAYING ANYTHING ABOUT IT SO YEAH. GO SCHURRLE. (And omg idek how to deal with liking a squad and not the team, I NEED ALL THE ADVICE). The thing with Bayern is that (generally) they COMPLETELY DOMINATE the Bundesliga to the point where it becomes almost boring. And the whole ethos of always winning stresses me. (pls don't kill me, I might be totally wrong with what I am saying)

*LE GASP* SCHÜ SCHÜ THE ALBINO SCORED?????? YAYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

*ANOTHER GASP* dont talk to Bayern like that. We dominate in exciting ways pleath
