You know what I learnt today? There is nothing, and i mean absolutely nothing that a good treat can't fix. Like a milkshake for instance.

I normally leave positive and kind comments on fics whenever I can, this makes me wanna do it even more!!!! Fic writers here I come!!!!!

Just so y’all know: I can’t speak for every other fic author but I can say that I remember when people leave me kind comments. I recognize your urls and/or usernames on AO3. I remember you and sometimes in writing my fics I think to myself, “Oh, I hope this person sees this because they liked x in this other fic I did.”

Not only that—I go back and reread comments when I’m feeling low. I look at tags and reblogs and asks and wish I could hold them in my hand like a note from a friend on an old, torn piece of notebook paper.

Your comments have so much more impact than you know. So thanks to those who use the comment section to spread love and encouragement. We appreciate you.

I tend to stick to one comment per chapter (unless I am having a convo with the author). If I am not a fan of the fic for whatever reason like the pairing or anything, I just skip it. Also, read the TAGS people they are there for a reason!! And I think I get the etiquette now. Thanks for helping out!! (Sorry for the rant😅)

P.S.: Also, I am a hugeee fan of your works!! Especially the Weaknesses series!! I have read almost all of them!! You are one of the only two writers that I am subscribed to!!

That is one of the greatest things you can do in front of a child, letting them know that they are being heard and their opinion is not any lesser than an adult’s and that their opinions hold a value.

And it was good to see Kamala's hesitation to use her power because she might make things worse for her people.
