reblog if you’ve read fanfictions that are more professional, better written than some actual novels. I’m trying to see something
One word: ✨Cheaper✨
That is one of the greatest things you can do in front of a child, letting them know that they are being heard and their opinion is not any lesser than an adult’s and that their opinions hold a value.
EMMA WATSON about ALAN RICKMAN | Harry Potter 20th Anniversary: Return to Hogwarts
I am soooooo sorry to any writer that I may have unknowingly done this to😅😅. Personally, I try to make it not rude, but I do see how it may come across as very rude. I try to convey that, no matter how long it takes for the fic to finish I will still be there waiting patiently and supporting them.
To all the fic writers out there, I apologize for these comments that I may have left. And also a question, I am very new to this, how do I convey the above said message encouragingly and politely?
Love you guys for the amazing work that you guys do for all the fandoms!!❤️❤️
Ok this is so beyond rude?? Especially as I posted a chapter just 3 days ago??
Any thoughts on how to respond to comments like these? Or best to just ignore/delete?
Unfortunately, I always manage to find the wrong ones…
Oscar Wilde, Only Dull People Are Brilliant at Breakfast
Honestly I was like, How dare you???. Like even if we go inside someone's house or even a shop. WE. REMOVE. OUR. SHOES. And I don't think I've seen shoes allowed in any place of worship. Like have some common sense. You're not respecting their place of worship and you expect them to help you willingly? Uh uh I don't think so. Also, Nakia ROCKED in that scene. I love her!!!!
I already didn’t like the 'Damage Control Squad' and the agent lady but man my blood boiled when I saw them marching into the mosque with their shoes on, walking over the prayer mats with no regard or respect for the establishment. The entire scene showcases the existence of deep-rooted Islamophobia in American bureaucracy and culture in general. I am glad the makers decided to acknowledge the blame and scrutiny Muslim community faces over even the slightest occurrence. And it was good to see Kamala's hesitation to use her power because she might make things worse for her people.
Another day, another Ms Marvel episode bringing out all the important conversations about the South Asian Muslim culture.
Why can't parents (especially moms) accept their mistakes??! Like I'm ready to say it's okay mom, you're also human just like the rest of us, you're also allowed to make mistakes. But she just won't accept that she can make mistakes because she's my "Mom". Like do they think that because they are parents they can't make mistakes or something? Cuz like they definitely can, the only thing they should do is ACCEPT their freaking mistake!?!?!! Thats all I'm asking for!!!! Like just say it, "I'm sorry i might've added a little less salt today accidently." Or just inform me if you know it!! But nope nothing of the sorts. Seriously speaking if my mom accepted her mistakes I'm damn sure 90% of our fights would be non-existant. Like please, just accept your mistake...
THE SORROWFUL BIRTHDAY
4 years ago the last thing you told me
Was “Happy Birthday & I love you.”
I was turning 16 I believe
And now I’m turning 19.
And still
I await that call.
But it’s well acknowledged
It will never come.
It’s my birthday tomorrow
I saw a blue and yellow sunset tonight
It reminded me of you,
those were your favorite colors.
This year my wish will consist of one thing
And only one thing.
To see you again, even if it’s only in a dream.
A glimpse, a flash, a memory, anything…
God how much I regret
Not hugging you that one time,
I think about it all the time and it doesn’t fail
To make me disappointed in myself,
Over and over again,
Every
Single
Time
-Sincerely the daughter that should’ve gone first

I love how the white cat just sat there till the end and then was like, “I’m gonna show you a pro gamer move now”😂😂😂
