please please please write a Rick and a female reader fic!!! the reader kisses Rick and she gets all shy but also feels like she read Rick wrong after it btw Rick isn’t with anyone and the reader is just a few years younger than him maybe he confesses if you want to
genre: fluff pairing: Rick Grimes x f!reader summary: Reader can't hold back anymore but show Rick what she feels for him. warning: age gap(reader is in her early 20s)
a/n: this was a bit rushed... and im still working on other requests, they're just taking some time.
The barn was quiet, just the sound of birds chirping, and flies buzzing could be heard. It was almost sunset, and you were out feeding the horses.
You held the green bucket filled with fruits and vegetables that Beth and you had cut up that evening. The horse snorts as it leans towards the bucket, consuming its dinner.
Staying at the farm with the Greene's and the rest of the group was everything you could wish for. You were sleeping under a roof, sharing a room with Beth, which was fine. There was also a lot of land and trees where you would often spend time reading.
It was perfect.
The sound of footsteps behind you startles you, snapping you out of your thoughts.
When you turn around, you find Rick standing there, a hand on his belt.
You offer a small smile, growing a little shy that Rick is here. "Hey." You greet him before turning to glance at the horse as it moves its snout from the bucket.
"Need something?" You ask, finally facing Rick, hands a bit sticky with the juice of the fruit and dirt. You stand inside the horse pen, the fence between you both, the horse snorting in the background.
A hint of a smile grows on Rick's face as he looks at you. It's rare for him to smile these days, with all the recent events in the group.
Poor Carol.
"Just wanted to check on the horses..." Rick says before trailing off for a moment.
You nod slowly, eyes on the ground. You bite the inside of your cheek as you glance back at the horses, who are now walking toward their stall.
"Horse is fine." You point with your thumb. Was he really here to check on the horse?
Rick smiles again, this time more genuine, as he watches the horse walk away before returning his gaze to you. "Yeah, I can see that now.”
It’s silent for a while. The birds could be heard chirping as they flew by. It was still surprising to see and hear the sounds of animals out in the wild. Especially since the outbreak had begun.
“So…?” You try to initiate a conversation to ease the nervousness in you.
“Needed an excuse to come see you.” Rick eventually says after a few seconds, turning his head to look away from you.
Surprise is evident on your face. "An excuse to come see me...?" You murmur under your breath, eyes searching his side profile for a few seconds before darting away a bit timid.
He looks back at you, taking a step forward and placing his hand on the fence between you. He lets out a faint sigh and scratches the back of his head.
"Yeah. An excuse. I just wanted to come see you and talk." His voice now sounded vulnerable and somewhat tense. You never imagined Rick sounding like this. He was the complete opposite.
A faint giggle leaves you, “I didn't expect you to be this straightforward." You tell him, tucking your hair behind your ear, a habit of yours when shy or nervous. You let my fingers trail down to your ear lobe, touching it as you look up at him.
Rick lets out a small chuckle at your slight joke before taking notice of your hand, noticing how you always tend to touch your ear when you get shy.
With a gentle look in his eyes, he reaches forward and grabs your hand with his own, gently squeezing it as he brings it down.
"I thought it'd be better to be straightforward." He says his voice was sweet while staring into your eyes as the sun sets behind you. You could feel the warmth of the sun’s rays hitting your back and it just made you feel alive.
Your heart begins to race when you feel the warmth of his hand, taking your hand away from your ear. Your hand and his rested above the almost chest-high wooden fence dividing you both.
Your eyes meet once more, the action causing your lips to form into a sheepish smile. Rick has always been someone you admired greatly for his leadership role in the group and for being able to resolve almost anything quickly. But not only did you admire him, you also loved him more than a leader.
"I wanted to come see you because...." he speaks, his voice trailing off for a few seconds as he glimpses down at your lips, noticing your shy smile.
He continues, his voice becoming even more nervous, but at the same time, more sincere. He stops, struggling to assemble his words and thoughts.
"I wanted to ask if... perhaps..."
Seeing him like this made you feel something. You left him speechless and… nervous? You were probably the only one to have that effect on Rick.
This weird feeling bore over you and so without thinking it through, you stand on the end of your toes to come to level with his face, leaning your other hand on the fence to maintain balance.
You press a chaste kiss on his lips, touching the softness of his on yours as you do. Just getting a sense of what it could be before pulling away. It was short and innocent. Nothing else.
Rick's brain shuts off for a moment as you tiptoe up towards him, giving him a quick peck on the lips. He can't think of anything, except that this has to be the best moment of his life.
The feeling of your hand in his, the smell of the fresh hay lying around, the soft touch of your lips, and just you standing in front of him.
It's all he could ever ask for.
A sense of calm washes over him, silence falling once more. His gaze softens as if admiring you and wanting more.
Taking note of how quiet he was made you start to regret kissing him. You blink several times, lashes fluttering with dread and shame.
Maybe you read his intentions wrong. He probably didn't come here to reveal his love or something.
What if he came here for something else?
What if he was just being nice because you’re younger and inexperienced with this whole survival thing?
At this point, you were just overthinking.
“I'm so sorry, I took it too far. I read it all wrong and, and… I'm so sorry." You open your mouth, letting out a shaky breath before beginning to rant, eyes glossy up a little from the slight panic you felt inside. Your stare falls to the fence and then to your hand still in his.
"No, no," Rick replies quickly, shaking his head and trying to reassure you. He puts his other hand up and cups the side of your face, his thumb brushing over your burning cheek.
Rick’s gentle caring voice seems to ease you. “Don’t,” he says slowly, grabbing your chin to stop you from looking away, "Don't be sorry, sweetheart... I liked it."
You feel butterflies burst in you when he confesses to enjoying the short kiss. You’ve had boyfriends in the past, but Rick is different. He may be older by a couple of years, but he makes you feel seen and important. Something your exes failed to do.
The sun sets on the horizon, the breeze now warm but still refreshing against your skin.
"You have no idea how long... how incredibly long I've wanted to tell you," He clarifies to you, his voice clear with devotion. “I want to share the rest of my life with you. I want to protect you from what the world has become. I want you.” His brows knit together, a worried expression on his face as he waits for you to say something.
You beam at his words and give his hand a slight squeeze, showing him that you saw him. “I do too, Rick.”
HIIII IM SO HAPPY THAT YOU SRE BACK!!! YOU WERE MISSED!!!!! 😫

HELLOOO🍷anon!! I know I've been gone for sooo long, but I'm finally back! I've seen the requests you've made pookie, give me some time and I'll have them done sometime soon. <3
hello ml!! i was wondering if you could do a carl grimes x reader (she’s maggie and glenn’s adopted daughter) where they reunite at terminus after being separated at the prison (reader got out with maggie) tysm 💗
genre: fluff pairing: Carl Grimes x f!reader summary: Carl and reader reunite after separating at the prison warning: none
a/n: hi anon! i hope this is to your liking 😊 also tysm for 100 followers!
You were no longer living at the prison with the rest of the group. After what the Governor had done to your home, you were alone and lost. It felt as if living in a nightmare, losing everyone you knew and loved. This wasn’t the first time you’ve lost those you cared for.
Thankfully, Maggie was there for you, like she had always been since the start, after losing your parents.
Out in the endless roads you both walked, day and night, with Sasha and Bob. You were missing Glenn and the others a lot, only hoping they were all okay and alive.
But you missed one person the most of them all.
Carl Grimes.
Both Carl and you had grown pretty close while at the prison. Always hanging out, telling each other secrets, stealing glances, and holding hands…
Maybe you two got a bit too close.
It wasn’t long before you found Glenn with Tara in that tunnel. Seeing Glenn after countless days of wandering around made you burst into tears. You had thought you would never see him alive again.
You were grateful to have them both by your side, to have them alive and safe.
However, you couldn’t help but think about Carl. Was he okay? You really hoped so.
— — —
You groan, sitting on the floor of the train car you and the rest of the group were locked in. Having arrived at Terminus, you thought it was a safe place to call home. Seeing the crops they had been growing and the kind people of Terminus made you feel ecstatic.
That was until they took all your belongings, threaten you, and then locked you all up in here. It was just perfect, wasn’t it?
It was eerily quiet outside before the sudden sound of shots firing all over the place erupts it. Clearly wanting to know what was going on, you get up and look at Maggie, sharing a look in the dark container.
“What is it?” You whisper to her, watching her try to peek out of the little opening of the car’s door.
“Can’t see.”
She says back, shaking her head while squinting through the crack.
But as quickly as the sounds came, it left. The silence consumed the outside for some time before the big door of the train car slides open. Instinctively you all take a step back, frighten but still ready to fight if needed.
That’s before a figure walks in, followed by another, and another. And then another. You can hear your heart racing inside your chest and your palms become sweaty.
“Rick?” Glenn’s voice breaks the silence as he steps forward. You stand behind Glenn, eyes darting from a dark figure to another dark figure. “You’re here.”
Glenn’s voice is filled with relief and surprise, and when you see Rick’s face through the dimly light coming from outside, you smile. Carl has to be here.
And you were right because not a few seconds later your eyes would catch his face.
When Carl’s eyes meet yours in the darkness of the car, you couldn’t hold back anymore before lunging at him and throwing your arms around his torso. He’s taken aback, letting out a small yelp as he stumbles back.
The warmth from you body and the familiar feeling of your presence quickly makes Carl realize it's you, immediately hugging you back.
You bury you face into his neck, inhaling the familiar scent of the boy you love. You forget about everyone and your surroundings, letting the way he held onto you engrave into your mind.
“Oh my god, Carl.”
You say into his skin, tightening your hug more as you sniff, trying your best to hold back tears. “It’s really you.”
He laughs, pressing his check on top of your head with his arms around you. “I can’t believe you’re here. I thought I lost you.” He sniffs too. You smile with eyes glossy, lifting your head to see him, even if it was too dark.
A sense of relief washes over you two. You both still managed to find each other after having lost everything.
With quivering lips, you whisper to him, “I missed you so much.” Your words hit him; his eyes glossy up too. You couldn’t see it, but you were sure he was tearing up by the way he squeezes your waist.
“I missed you too.” He says back to you, pulling you back into a hug before pressing a kiss on top of your hair. The feeling of his love and care makes your whole body warm up with content.
You felt safe in his arms after so long. You thought you had lost your home forever, but Carl was home.
can u make a glenn x reader with these details..
takes place during season 3
the reader is close to Andrea so when Rick tells her about her death at Woodbury and they break down
glenn tries to help calm down the reader
thank u 😭
genre: angst pairing: Glenn Rhee x gn!reader summary: reader gets told about Andrea's death and breaks down, Glenn tries to help reader calm down. warnings: mention of death, breaking down, angst
Rick came back after going the Woodbury, he looked at me feeling guilty.
My gaze wandered around hoping to see Andrea, after all, she was the only person close to a family. I looked at Michonne to Daryl, “Where’s Andrea?” They looked at each other, I turned to Rick, “Where. Is. Andrea.” I demanded.
Rick looked down and then looked up to meet my eyes. He shook his head, “I’m sorry y/n…”
I stayed quiet, progressing the words that came out of Rick’s mouth. I step back, my eyes becoming watery, I shake my head not believing Rick. My hands trembled and I began to tear up, “No… please tell me you’re lying.”
I turn and look at Michonne, tears falling, “She can’t… she can’t be gone.” I shake my head from side to side, holding my head and gripping my hair.
Crying and I walk away from them and back to them, I look up, “Not Andrea,” I cried out. I walk towards them but I fall to my knees. Tyreese tries to hold me up but lets me be.
“No, no, no!” I sob and cover my face with my hands. Rick gets closer and places his hand on my shoulder, “I’m sorry-”
“NO!” I yell looking up, my face stained with wet tears. He backs away feeling guilty.
Glenn comes out, hearing my weeps, he sees me on the floor sobbing, quickly becoming concerned. Glenn rushed toward me and embraced me tightly, feeling my trembling body underneath.
“G-Glenn…” I tried to stop crying but it only lasted a few seconds before I broke down, “A-Andrea.” I tried to continue, “Shh…I know, I know, just let it all out.” Glenn kissed my forehead as I sobbed more. He continued to hold my hand to reassure me.
Glenn grabs my chin gently, making me face him and look him in the eyes, “I know I can’t make you stop feeling the pain you feel… but just know that I’m here for you, always. Don’t ever forget that y/n.”

a/n: AND please forgive your favorite Glenn Rhee writer!
Hi i don't know if you are still taking requests or not bit if not just ignore this :]
I was wondering if you could write about glenn having his first kid with reader and him being naturaly good with the kid and in calming them and taking care of them
genre: fluff pairing: Glenn Rhee x f!reader summary: Glenn just being the loving and caring father was meant to be. warnings: none
a/n: no bc this request is so cute and sad at the same time! like we all know Glenn never got a chance to be a father to Hershal Jr. 😔💔
Inside your home in Alexandria, you yawn tiredly as you had not slept much last night. Your 5-year-old son, Adam had always been very whiny when it came to bedtime. Never wanting to go to bed and sleep.
But fortunately, you had your husband, Glenn. He helped you with that little stubborn boy, swinging him from side to side like when he was first a newborn. And quickly he had quieted down and fell asleep in the arms of your lover.
You were glad to have Glenn by your side and adored his fatherly side, always being affectionate and so caring towards little Adam.
Glenn always made sure to not only look after your son but after you as well. After all, you were the mother of his son.
And your son, oh how he was a daddy’s boy. He loved his dad so much, that it made you think at times that he preferred him over you.
— — —
Adam was playing outside on the lawn, Glenn watching over him with that smile of his. Glenn had promised to take care of him the whole day so you could catch up on sleep.
“Daddy! Look!” Adam runs with a little worm in his open palm, wanting to show his dad what he had found.
“What did you find, little man?" Glenn asks intrigue with a soft smile, watching as Adam runs towards the porch. Suddenly, Adam trips on a little opening in the paver walkway, falling down and scraping his tiny knee on the concrete.
Seeing Adam on the floor with teary eyes makes Glenn jump from his chair quickly before rushing down the porch stairs to him.
“Hey, hey,” Glenn mutters softly, kneeling down to him. Adam’s bottom lip was quivering, and his cheeks were stained with small tears. He was hugging his knee, a small, scraped injury on it. “D-daddy,” He cries with a small pout.
Glenn gets up, reaching down to pick up the crying child in his arms. “It’s okay, dads got you, buddy.” He hugs him tightly, placing his hand over his small head as he attempts to comfort him.
He walks up the porch of the family home, "It's just a little scrape." He whispers to Adam in a gentle tone, reassuring him that he is okay. Adam buries his weeping face into your husband shoulder, staining it with tears and a running nose.
The worm was long forgotten, laying somewhere on the concrete.
The front door opens, Glenn and your son walking inside to where they find you eating a snack on the island table. The teary face of your kid makes you worry. “What happened? Why is my baby crying?”
Your hands cup his chubby cheeks, wiping his tears with your thumb. Adam had his arms still wrapped around his dad’s neck, pouty lip quivering. “I got a boo-boo.” You press a small kiss on his forehead, “You’re okay now, don’t cry, baby.”
Adam gives you a short nod before Glenn props him on the island table. “Let’s get you a band-aid, okay, kiddo.” Glenn pats his head before walking to the bathroom and getting a white first aid kit he had found on a run.
Glenn opens the kit and finds the band-aids. “Hold still, buddy, Dad’s going to fix your boo-boo,” he says gently. And Adam does as his dad says, trying his best to stay still as Glenn carefully places the band-aid over his scraped knee.
You hold Adam's tiny hand, wiping more of his tears while praising him for being so strong.
“Am I strong, daddy?” He turns to ask his dad, looking for confirmation that mom was right. He smiles down at his look alike.
“Yes, you’re very strong.” Adam sniffs, smiling at Glenn before turning to look up at you. “Strong like daddy!” You give Adam one more kiss and smile at him as he wipes his eyes, his lashes sticking a little.
“Strong like daddy.” Glenn smiles, ruffling his hair as Adam whines, not liking it.
You can't help but notice how cute your husband Glenn is with Adam. He seems to know all the right things to say and do to make your son laugh and happy.
The outbreak might have robbed you of a lot of things, but it gave you more than you expected.
Family.
if you do negan could you do any kind of thing about reader being his son and meeting up after not seeing eachother for the apocalypse
genre: angst & fluff pairing: Negan x m!reader summary: It's been years since the reader has last heard of and seen his dad, Negan. That's until now. warning: cursing & mention of death
a/n: wrote this whole entire thing at 2AM... my sleep schedule is fucked up 😭 (not proofread)
Negan had left you and Mom back at home, as he had decided to find the necessary medical supplies to aid Mom’s health condition. But he was taking a while and so you decided to go out and look for him; leaving behind Mom who was sleeping soundlessly.
After aimlessly yet cautiously walking around town, you had found yourself lost. Everything was in ruins and just unrecognizable, which made matters worse. You didn’t know where to go or where to find Negan. It had been a full day and when you finally found your way back home, you came face-to-face with a terrifying scene.
Mom’s heart had stopped. And Mom was no longer Mom, but a corpse rotting on the bed you would often cuddle in with her.
You couldn’t hold back the tears that began to spill, the heartache burning inside you as you clutched at your chest. Dad was nowhere to be seen. So, you stayed there for a week, expecting Dad to show up, maybe even expecting that everything would be back to normal when you closed your eyes every night. Desperately wanting to wake up from this nightmare.
— — —
It had been years since the death of Mom and since you’ve seen Negan. You didn’t know what happened to Dad, but one thing was for sure. You hated him for leaving that day and not returning.
Surviving on your own wasn’t as hard as you thought. Sure, you had no company and were often bored of the silence, yet it was peaceful. You still miss Mom and Dad, but you learned to live on your own, to live for them.
Walking through a now abandoned neighborhood, you could feel the soft breeze of the chilly summer afternoon. You were searching for shelter, as you had been sleeping in a car for the past month before someone decided to ransack the vehicle, taking almost everything, you had inside.
Finally reaching a nice and somewhat clean-looking house, you decide to enter it. Ready in case a Walker lunges at you. You open the door wide enough, holstering your machete as your eyes scan the inside.
After a while of making sure the home was clear of Walkers, you shut the door and let yourself fall on the couch, a sigh leaving your lips.
Your stomach grumbles, reminding you that you haven’t eaten in days. With a soft groan, you get off the couch and walk into the kitchen. It was small, yet colorful. You open the cabinets and cupboards only two find a few canned foods.
Turning the 4 cans, you read the front of them: Canned Corn, Canned Peaches, Tomato Soup, and Baked Beans. It wasn’t something appetizing, but it would do the job. A spoonful of corn is shoved into your mouth, helping to get rid of the hunger you’re feeling. The can was almost empty, and your boredom was beginning to get to you.
But before you can even think of what to do, the sound of footsteps can be heard right outside the front door.
Fuck, why this house out of all?
You thought to yourself before quickly shoving the other canned food into your backpack and getting your machete readying in a strong grip. Your eyes dart around the kitchen, trying to find the perfect hiding spot. The pantry or under the table.
The door opens and you can hear what sounds like three men talking, steps getting closer, and just before they reach the kitchen, you duck under the table.
Pressing your back against the wall, you bite your tongue to keep quiet and ready for anything. Your eyes follow the shoes as they walk past the table. The noise of cabinets flying open, and dishes being moved around with the sound of two men talking filled the small kitchen before it slowly faded away.
You discreetly watch from under the table, following the men walk out of the kitchen with your eyes, The floorboards and staircase creak as they walk up to the second level of the home. This was your only chance to get out and so you took it.
Sneaking out from under the table you fix your backpack before quietly running out of the kitchen into the living room, almost out the front door before you’re stopped halfway.
“Oh, not so fast young man.” A teasing voice calls after you, having caught you trying to run out of the house. A voice you recognized so well.
You grit your teeth, cursing under your breath, “Shit.” You weren’t expecting anyone to be in the living room.
Slow heavy steps walk to behind you, your back facing this stranger.
“If I were you, I would drop that.” He’s talking about your machete. You feel your eyes sting and your heart begins to beat with anxiety. Something you haven’t felt in so long.
You slowly turn around with hands raised, weapon still in your possession. Your eyes land on his face.
He looked the same but, still different. Something about him had changed and you couldn’t quite place your finger on it.
“Dad?” Your voice wavers, holding yourself together.
Negan’s smirk falls off his face when he stares at you, eyes scanning your face. His eyes search yours, trying to read you. Wondering if he was dreaming again.
“Son?” He lowers his bat, face softening when it fully settles in him. He had found you, after years of searching. You were there, standing just a couple of feet away from him. All this time he thought his only son was gone forever, never to be found.
Even though you had so much anger bottled up inside you, you still couldn't hold back the joy and relief you felt when seeing your dad. Without hesitation, you drop your weapon and run toward him, embracing him in a tight and much-needed hug.
“Every day, I thought about you,” Negan tightens the hug, the sensation of feeling the love and relief from him made you at ease. He lets out a chuckle, pulling you back to grab the sides of your shoulders, looking you up and down.
He smiles down at you, eyes teary as he sniffles. “You've grown into a hell of a survivor, kid. I'm proud of you.” He grabs your face before ruffling your hair, earning a slight groan from you.
“I learned from the best.” You tell him, a sad smile on your lips. Negan seems to take notice of it as he pats your shoulder. “I'm sorry I couldn't protect you like I promised.”
His words make your heartache.
“It’s all in the past now… I’m just glad to have found you, Dad.” You remind him, blinking back tears before he pulls you back into a hug. This time, something different filled the room.
Peace.
TWD fics!
Hello! I'm a new fic writer for twd! I will start posting next week, feel free to request if you like!
genre: angst pairing: Glenn Rhee x f!reader summary: Reader finds out about Andrea's death and Glenn comforts her. warnings: mention of death & crying
a/n: i decided to do a remake of this story but following the script for the exact episode of the show (3x16) please enjoy! 🫶🏽 please ignore the quality of the picture...
The sun was setting in the background, lines of trees covering the distance from the prison. Walkers wander and groan outside the fences surrounding the prison, a so-called home. The engine of Daryl’s bike could be heard from afar, catching the attention of those outside.
Rick had arrived back from Woodbury with the others, a bus covered with long boards of wood following them. As Maggie and Glenn open the gate, you watch from a few feet away as they drive in before coming to a halt.
The rest of the group comes out of the prison, seeing that Rick, along with the others had arrived.
Standing by Glenn, you watch Rick’s distant figure as he got out of the silver truck. You glance back at Glenn’s direction, “I’ll be back.” You tell Glenn as he nods in agreement, his eyes following you as you starting to walk toward Rick.
Carol and the others seem to take notice of the bus parked on the grounds of the prison. Rick just nods at Carol as if telling her it was okay.
Making your way to Rick, your brows furrowed in confusion, watching as multiple people begin to walk out of the bus.
“What is this?”
Carl asks his dad, clearly not liking what he was seeing. Rick looks him in the eyes, “They’re going to join us.” Carl looks back at the people, frowning at the sight before simply walking away from his dad.
“Rick,” You call his name out as you get closer to him. At your voice, he turns around to face you. Your eyes search his, inhaling a short shaky breath before speaking.
“Did you find Andrea?”
Rick goes still for a second, staring into your eyes before breaking away. He lets his gaze wander to the people behind you before letting out a sigh, “Yeah…”
A faint smile grows on your lips, feeling hope swell inside you. “Where is she?” You questioned, eyes searching the people around you two.
Turning his eyes back to you, he shakes his head slowly, replying in a gentle tone, “I’m sorry…” He trails off, wanting to explain to you as to what happened but not having the guts to hurt you more. Instead, he sighs, allowing his head to hang.
Your smile falls once his words hit you. Rick could see the effect it had on you, watching your brows softening and knitting together. Andrea was gone. Everyone knew how much she meant to you.
Both you and Andrea were close to each other, so she was always there for you when you needed her. And you were always there for her.
"W-what?"
Your heart aches and your eyes begin to gloss. You didn’t want to believe it. Andrea couldn’t be gone. Maybe Rick and the others had mistaken someone else for Andrea… At least that’s what you wanted to believe.
“Please,” you beg softly, blinking back burning tears, threatening to fall. Accepting that Andrea was dead was too much for you. You take a step back, trying to distance yourself from Rick, feeling as if you were suffocating.
Your heart was racing, you felt your bones shaking as you place a hand over your chest, feeling it rise and fall quickly. “No…” You sob out, attempting to steady your breathing.
There was nothing you could do to bring Andrea back, you needed to accept it, you had to. You had to survive and live through this. But it was too much.
Slowly shaking your head, you start to feel your hands tremble as it fully sinks in. No more late-night talks with Andrea or hearing her voice. You didn’t want to forget her voice or her face, you want to keep her alive in your memory but how can you? You know soon enough the memory of her will disappear and you’ll forget.
Some of the new people glance at you, filled with curiosity but mainly worried. Probably wondering why some girl was tearing up in front of the man who rescued them.
“Please, please, please…” you repeatedly mumble with quivering lips, wishing, hoping, praying Andrea would show up and tell you it was just some sick joke.
You couldn’t hold back the tears anymore, finally letting them spill.
From afar, Glenn's brows knit together in concern, watching the whole ordeal go down with Maggie. Seeing the tears falling down your face, he decides to quickly makes his way toward you and Rick.
“Why?”
You breathe out shakily, still crying your eyes out. Looking down at your trembling hands, you begin to feel lightheaded, everything around you suddenly becomes blurry.
Glenn rushes toward you, immediately taking notice of your state. As your knees begin to buckle, he embraces you tightly from behind, stopping you from falling.
You let yourself slowly lean onto him, turning to sob into his shoulder as he rubs your back in a soothing manner. He glances at Rick with a worried expression written all over his face.
Rick runs a hand down his short growing beard, clearly anxious. You clutch Glenn’s shirt, his shoulder getting wet with the hot tears rolling. Before Rick can say anything to try and help the situation, Glenn gives him an assuring look, signaling him it was fine.
Not a second later, Rick turns and leaves.
In an attempt to speak, you lift your tear-stained face to meet Glenn’s eyes, before breaking down and hiding your face. “I’m sorry,” You somehow managed to whimper out, hands holding onto Glenn’s strong arms.
“Hey, it’s okay. Just let it out.” Glenn whispers softly and kisses the top of your head, reassuring you. His hand holds your trembling one, intertwining his fingers with yours to give you some sense of comfort. Letting you know that you weren’t alone in this.
He gives your hand a small gentle squeeze, his other hand holding the back of your neck while caressing you.
“I got you, so don’t hold back.” He whispers once more, his heart aching for you. He wishes he could do something to stop your cries, but he knows it’s better for you to cry your heart out.

genre: fluff pairing: Glenn Rhee x f!reader summary: Glenn and Y/N finally see each other after so long. warning: swearing(just one, lol)
Rick, Daryl, Michonne, Carl, and Y/N were surrounded by the people of Terminus. The man named Gareth watched the 5 of them from the rooftop.
“Drop your weapons. Now.” He yelled at them, all 5 of them looked at each other, none of them talked, and stayed silent. “NOW!” Gareth yelled louder, all at once, they all dropped their weapons.
Y/N glared up at Gareth as he placed her bow and her arrows on the ground.
“Ringleader, go to your left,” Gareth ordered Rick, “The train car, go.” Rick glances at the train car to the left of him.
Rick looks at Carl as Gareth then threatens to kill Carl if Rick doesn’t do as he says. Rick looks at Carl one last time as he starts to make his way to the train car.
“Now the bowman,” He demands Daryl as he begins to walk, “Now the samurai.” He looks at Michonne, who glares and walks to the car.
“Okay, now the archer,” Y/N looks at Gareth standing still, glaring at him, “Now!” He orders.
“Fuck you,” She mumbles under her breath and walks to the train car. Carl stands there looking at the 4 adults who walk away.
As all 4 of them get to the train car, Gareth yells. “Stand at the door, ringleader, bowman, samurai, and archer, in that order.” They line up behind each other, waiting.
Rick looks at Carl, “My son.” He yells at Gareth, Carl looks at the ground. “Go, kid,” Gareth tells him as Carl begins to walk toward his dad.
“Ringleader, open the door and go in,” Gareth tells Rick, but he speaks up, “I’ll go in with him.” He means Carl. “Don’t make us kill him now.” Gareth stares at Rick.
As Carl gets closer to the adults, Ricks walks up the stairs leading inside the train car. He opens the door, revealing a dark room. They all get inside as Carl walks in last.
The train car’s door closes shut as all 5 of them walk to the left side of the dark car.
Thud
They turn to the sound, it was dark and nothing could be seen, little light was coming in from under the car’s doors.
A figure walks to the group of 5, getting closer as some little light reveals his face. It was Glenn.
“Rick?” He asks coming closer, Y/N’s eyes widen as her heart begins to race, the voice fills her ear and her eyes land on his face.
In shock, she stood still, Rick walked toward him as Maggie walks next to Glenn. “You’re here.” He exhales surprised.
Rick looks at him and at Maggie, Glenn’s eyes wandered, looking at the figures behind Rick, “Is…is Y/N here?” He asks waiting, nervous to hear Rick’s response.
Rick turns to look at Y/N from behind him, “Glenn?” Y/N suddenly speaks up. Her tone soft and uncertain. She walks toward Glenn; he smiles as he walks to her and wraps his arms around her tightly. She smiles again, almost tearing up.
“I’ve been looking for you.” Glenn tells her softly and grabs her face as she smiles at him, “I have too. I never stopped looking for you.” She pulls him in for a short kiss before they look at the group behind Glenn.
The group walks forward, “They’re our friends.” Maggie tells Rick as they all stand together, “They helped save us.” Maggie continues.
Daryl then speaks, “Yeah. Now they’re friends of ours,” He looks at them.
Glenn and Y/N look at the group before she wipes his tears. He grabs her hand and intertwines his fingers with hers.
They were finally together.
