Magister Merlin Starhawk before his fall: a reference, I guess!

Happy intersex awareness day!
Intersex awareness day is really special to me--for years it felt like October 26th was the only time I ever saw intersex mentioned, and it became a really meaningful time to look forward to every year. Even now, when I have a lot more intersex community in my life, it's powerful to celebrate our activism, solidarity, and joy.
One of my favorite moments of intersex joy this year was going on a retreat with other intersex people and just feeling more seen and known then I ever had in my life, and learning all the beautiful ways we're celebrating our intersex lives all over the country. Another moment of intersex joy was successfully defending my thesis on intersex and disability topics, and being able to really start building that solidarity and connections.
What brought you intersex joy this year, whether it's big moments or small? What's your favorite part of intersex community? How do you celebrate intersex identity?
feel free to add on in the reblogs 💜💜💜
Happy new year! For the year of the snake, here's Zorya- a flaming serpent (perelesnyk).

I've freed up a few slots, try again!
This is me and @wilderhyperfoxations in game, by the way! If you somehow stumble upon me, Idk, hug me or high five me or something.
["Valen, please, who hurt you to this degree? You are a few drinks away from being whisked away by Dionel. Into the underworld." Merlin shook Valen by the shoulder, growing increasingly serious when Valen didn't respond.
"Who hurt me was... me."
It was good he was responsive, but that was a bloody stupid response.]
-"Valen's Valence", my new fic, out on ao3 right now :)
They'll do anything but be truthful about their feelings.
Jupiter and Zorya, inspired by this drawing of Nanami by Julietta Suzuki! Of course, Jupiter is wearing Ukrainian men's clothing, but it's a fun homage.
Today, October 26th, is Intersex Awareness (&Acceptance) day! It is a very important day for me, many intersex individuals, & the world at large. We are still ignored and mistreated on the daily. I make it my mission to speak on intersex issues and represent us in my art, writing, and works. Support intersex rights and people! It's a small difference, but it means a lot. 💜💛
I'm a manga/comic artist from Kyiv, Ukraine. My debut, Dim Bisa, is out now. I like vampires, ukrainian mythology, bones, and moths. When not drawing I am scuttering in the woods in search of mavkas. He/him. [linktr.ee/fujimomozane]
