“How Can You Not Be Angry?”

yeah maybe or something but i do beast moments got reminded about this when looking for another post i think a lot of people assume that i don’t get angry i think i repress a lot of emotions part of it is from getting better at managing things with age and meds but this very much plays a part was thinking about how i especially try to avoid showing ‘negative’ emotions around certain people it’s partially from a desire to be soft especially for those who i love so very much but i think it’s also a fear response linked to the themes discussed in the post fear that they’ll turn away if i show that side that if others reacted badly to those emotions that they also will lots i need to figure out
