I know I sent you a message earlier apologising for this taking so long because of writer’s block, but it clicked just now, so here it comes.

9. “Is that my hoodie?”

Alex is hanging around the garage, trying to perfect the drum part for Luke and Julie’s most recent creation when Willie finds him. 

“You can be heard all the way down the street.” Willie tells him and for a second Alex feels bad, because he knows Julie’s worried about people discovering that they’re not actually holograms, but then again, he really needed to wail on his drums for a bit today.

“Yeah, I don’t know.” He replies. “Felt like making some noise today.” 

“Any particular reason?” Willie asks, dropping down on the couch. Sometimes Alex is still surprised that it’s still here in this garage after 25 years. Sometimes he is surprised that no one ever removed the piece of furniture. Sometimes he is surprised how much time has passed. After all it feels like he only died yesterday. 

“I don’t know. Just- it’s loud up here today.” He taps one of his drumsticks against his temple. 

Willie smiles a little sadly before patting the cushions next to him. “Come, I need a cuddle buddy.” And Alex is aware that the main reason for Willie’s words is probably not the other boy actually needing a cuddle and much more him realizing Alex could use a hug, but he still gets up and wanders over. 

He  sinks down next to Willie and it’s only when his head hits WIllie’s shoulder that he notices what the other boy is wearing. The pale pink color of the hoodie the other boy is wearing is awfully familiar.

“Is that my hoodie?” 

Willie grins as he wraps his arms around Alex. “You left it at my place a couple nights ago and it’s so warm and soft.” 

Alex can feel the blush creeping up on his cheeks. Sometimes he hates being as pale as he is. Both Willie and Julie can usually hide their blushing with their darker skin colors, Alex tends to resemble a fire truck real quickly. There is something really nice about Willie wearing his clothes. 

“You can keep it.” He mumbles. “But that means I get something of yours, okay?” 

The blinding grin Willie sends his way at those words, makes something warm settle in Alex’s stomach. “Of course.”

Gwaine/Lancelot headcanons and involving flowers because I’m love them

- Gwaine gives Lancelot little flowers every now and again. Lancelot keeps them on the quiet and presses them in a book he borrowed from Merlin (well, Merlin took a random one from Gaius’ shelves). Quite regularly Lancelot thinks he’ll have to get somewhere else to keep them soon, or Gaius is going to want his book back and when he opens it a bunch of little flowers are going to fall out.

- Gwaine, as it turns out, was also borrowing some books for Gaius. He took any which had any information on flowers so he could learn more about them and pick out ones Lancelot might like. But usually he just goes with the small ones, the ones that remind him of things like the little creases that appear around Lancelot’s eyes when he laughs or the way the sunlight catches in his hair.

- one time Gwaine gave Lancelot this little cluster of small blue flowers. Lancelot put it behind his ear and then just kind of forgot that it was there, so ended up unknowingly wearing it around Camelot for most of the day.

- sometimes, when the weather gets warm, there’s a bit of time to rest. Lancelot will sit in the grass and Gwaine dozes with his head on his lap. Lancelot passes the time seeing how many daisies he can get in Gwaine’s hair before he shifts and disturbs them. He doesn’t wave them into Gwaine’s hair, Lancelot doesn’t know how to do that. But one day Merlin does show him how to make a little daisy chain flower crown.
