When you asked her more about the party, and why she was getting home so late, all she said was that the party was really fun and she didn’t want to talk about it any more. And when you pressed for a few more details, she actually got angry with you, so you backed off.  But the following Friday, without any prior discussion of the topic, she told you that she was going out to dinner that night with her boss, and would not be back until morning. Your brief attempt to ask her to tell you more about what was going on was met again with an angry response from her indicating that she didn’t want to discuss it and it was none of your business. 

There are definitely going to be some awkward times for you in the future if your wife starts having sex with your best friend, but it’s obvious that it’s what he and she want, so who are you to stand in their way?
