Slash groaned as his eyes squinted open to the early morning sun. It was way too early. He was going to flip over and tug the covers over his head of capture a few more well needed hours of sleep until he recalled who exactly he was sharing this tiny ass bunk with. You. Slash just sighed, he really didn’t feel like crushing you in your sleep and receiving your wrath in return.

He tired to fall back asleep, but he simply just couldn’t with the combination of bumpy bus ride and the bright sun. Groaning, he turned his head only to be face-to-face with you. He took in the sight, your expression was peaceful. Slash frowned, a bit jealous, at least someone was getting a good night’s sleep.

However, he couldn’t help but crack a grin, you were always so uptight- worrying about one thing or the other. And now? Calm, peaceful bliss… Slash couldn’t help himself from closing the distance between yourselves. His lips pressed a soft kiss to your cheek. Seeing as you didn’t react, he decided to keep going, littering your sleepy face in his affections.

It amused him to a degree, not that he didn’t like like to give you some early morning smooches as well. You had a long weekend, managing the band and whatnot. He figured you deserved some well deserved love. Slash started moving his kisses downward, from your cheeks and nose to your jaw.

He enjoyed watching your little reactions, the way your eyebrows furrowed when his stubble tickled your cheek or the way you’d softly sigh. Moving down further, his lips ghosted along your neck until he stopped, placing a wet kiss along your neck and beginning to suck a hickey.

That woke you up. Blearily, you looked around to see Slash’s mop of hair right next to you and an all to familiar sensation on your neck.

“Wha..?” She mumbled, sleepily pushing his head away. Slash looked up at you with the cheekiest grin on his face.

“Mornin’ ” He said, not at all ashamed at what he was doing, “How’d ya sleep?”

You groaned a bit, “Just fine… ‘til you woke me up… doin’ whatever.”

“Aww… did I ruin your precious sleep? I thought you’d appreciate a little looove…” He pouted, exaggerating.

“I never told you to stop” You said with a little shrug. Slash’s grin came back like clockwork.

He shifted, leaning up on his arm, “Is that..?”

You couldn’t help but grin a bit too- even if you were still exhausted, “Yes, it is. Ya damn goof. Now c’mere.”
