🫐Would you rather tickle/be tickled as reward or punishment?

Scout: Would rather be tickled as a reward, actually. Again, this guy needs lots of love, though of course he won't say it. He can take and even enjoy a tickle punishment but he needs to be in the right headspace for that. Reward on the other hand? Well, it's reward, he loves this especially if it's accompanied by nice words and just overall good atmosphere that makes him feel safe.

Pyro:

as a ler - honestly, both, maybe leaning slightly towards tickle reward but expect both from Pyro for any silly reason.

as a lee - same, honestly? Though his ler would have to be careful with the punishment tickles so they don't actually make Pyro feel bad.

Soldier:

as a ler - oh, punishment for sure in the whole drill sergeant style of his. He'd start with something like "Maggot/Private, your actions need to be punished in an appropriate way" and then it comes. He already treats tickling as a form of training and "making the weakness leave the body" so tickle punishments are literally perfect for him. Speaking of which.

as a lee - punishment also, mainly, like I said, because he believes ticklishness is a (silly) weakness that needs to be eradicated by, well, getting used to it and then it will disappear. It hasn't worked so far.

Demoman:

as a ler - punishment tickles from him >:). He loves finding out silly reasons to punish others like that. While Soldier will find kinda more punishment-worthy things (like idk, getting in his way during the match) he finds reasons like "Ye sat on the couch when I wanted to nap there".

as a lee - wawowie, punishment tickles too. He just finds it very funny that someone says they will punish him but then that punishment is not anything painful or even genuinely compromising plus I think he's kinda conditioning himself with it. Cause while this is a punishment he enjoys it's still called a punishment so maybe if he's punished enough for certain behaviors (like drinking) he might just unlearn them, you know?

Heavy:

as a ler - he prefers punishment tickles, also in that silly way. Like, he just knows they work, you know?? So even when he genuinely wants to punish someone and teach them a lesson about, let's say, not touching Sasha he can just tickle them and it works. Ahh, classic.

as a lee - reward tiiickles, it's pretty similar to what I said about him prefering cheer-up tickles as a lee to revenge tickles. Not like he's the most open person about enjoying being tickled but he's also not the most closed one, so he won't be too in denial about liking tickles as a reward. And, the same - he's the strong one, it sometimes gets to him in a wrong way and he needs some comfort.

Engineer:

as a ler - reward tickles, maybe it's because for one reason or another it made me think of Engie and Pyro and I can absolutely imagine Engie tickling Pyro as a reward for helping him in a workshop or something but still. Plus, he knows damn well how flustering tickles are so framing them as a reward, you know, a good thing? Yeah, he knows what he's doing (he dies when he is the lee in that situation however, the hypocrite). And while I type what I headcanon is prefered for them I need to say it here, Engie punishment tickles are definitely a big thing. For Spy >:).

as a lee - well you just read it - reward tickles. Flustering as 3 hells, save him. Flustering in a good way, however. Seriously, he loves it but won't say, duh. He'd lie if he said sometimes, usually at the end of the day, after working hard he doesn't have those needs to be tickled and praised for all he does for this damn base and in battle and- you get the point. He would definitely lie.

Medic:

as a ler - reward, actually. It's just that in his way that reward is normally an excuse to tickle so he will just think of any reason - letting him patch them, killing the enemy Medic, anything, and he tickles for that. Not that he's above punishment tickles either, of course.

as a lee - punishment tickles. They are usually more intense, more teasy and as such more playful and stuff like that, and he lives for it. He doesn't want just tickles, though those are great, he wants the experience, you know? And there's a lot of things to punish him for, hehe.

Sniper:

as a ler - punishment tickles because of his normally repressed thought that tickles can be a good thing. He knows that, because Medic exists and because he's a major lee himself, but of course he's definitely not the one to admit to that easily and as such punishment tickles come :3. It's quite easy to deliver them too. Scout talking too much? Guess what~.

as a lee - repressed or not he prefers reward tickles here. If he's tickles as a punishment he might panic a little, especially if the ler is a maniac like Medic. He'd rather know those tickles are delivered as a reward, that makes him meltttt.

Spy:

as a ler - as a punishment, of course, hehehe. Spy doesn't reward, at least not easily, but punishment? It's much easier for him to excuse his need to ler with punishment tickles, that's basically it. Althouuugh, as a pretty big fan of engiespy I say he would give Engie reward tickles :3. I mean I do like Spoovy too. And ugh, as I said, I like more or less every merc x merc ship soooo.

as a lee - as a punishment for similar reasons. It's one thing when the tickling is a "punishment", but if someone were to think tickling is a reward for him??? Hell no, Spy would die of embarassement. That's basically it for him about this topic.

Medic:

as a lee: revenge tickles and, oh boy, as your local shameless tickling lover others definitely have a lot of revenge to serve him. He knows that tickling some of other mercenaries almost guarantees that they will get him back and he thrives on it. Basically, he knowingly dooms himself, the tease >///>.

as a ler: revenge tickles as well. Listen, everyone is aware what will happen when you tickle him, but some of them either can't help themselves or hope this will be this one time when he doesn't take revenge. And then he usually does. He loooves teasing his now lee about their fail and that they knew better, knew what would happen.

Spy:

as a lee: out of those two revenge tickles because he "dOesN'T nEeD cHEariNg uP >:|" so revenge it is, and he also needs a lot of revenge served to him lol. That's basically it - it's just less embarassing than needing cheering up.

as a ler: revengeeee tickles, of course that french bastard would prefer revenge tickles especially to cheer up tickles >:]. Anything he deems punishable falls under that category, and considering he can even deem personality traits as punishable it can be literally anything. Plus, guess what, it works! Which makes him even more smug. Not on Medic though. Details.

Bro, Soldier's realizing something and I say it's either a) how much fun it is to tickle b) how cute Engie is while tickled, or both. Probably both. And leg kicks! I looove leg kicks! Perfect art as always, the only "bad" thing about it is that it sent me straight to lee mood and I ain't satisfying that.

GIVE IT BAAACK! with ler!engie and lee!Pyro. I have a silly hc that Py often steals some stuff from the workshop just to play and pull Dell away from work

"Pyrooooo!" Echoed through the base's hallways, the yell accompanied by the thumps of hurried steps. "Give it back!"

"Mpphphehe!" Could be heard a little closer.

Pyro was rushing from area to area with Engineer doing his best to keep up, a frown of focused determination adoring his face. It was one thing that Pyro had stolen, or well, "borrowed" something from his workshop. A single piece of scrap metal or a nail Engineer could do without, the same however couldn't be applied to his damn wrench. Which was exactly what had sent him on this mad rush after the local pyromaniac.

Speaking of whom, Pyro turned a number of corners, running past a few mildly confused, and perhaps amused, teammates and was now leading them both back to the workshop.

Engineer caught a strained breath but smirked. Just a little closer... just a bit... Three... Two... One... Just as they ran through the door to his abode, he gathered all his strength and threw himself at Pyro's back.

"Mmmph!" Pyro barely managed to brace for impact before the two mercenaries landed on the floor.

"Aha! Gotcha pardner," Engineer celebrated. "Now, we can forget all about that if ya just-." He reached for the wrench, but Pyro was faster, backing off all the way to the wall and clenching the item against his chest.

"Mpph!" He shook his head decisively before teasing the other by wiggling the wrench close to his face. And then he clenched it again. "Mmhm."

Engineer could hear that smugness in his teammate's voice. Almost as if taunting "What are you going to do about this? Hm?". Fine then.

"Oh, so that's how we gonna do it, huh?" He drawled teasingly, observing with amusement as Pyro let out a few quick giggles and shook his head half-heartedly. "Fine with me."

Engineer's hands shot to Pyro's sides. And squeezed.

"MMPH!"

"I warned ya." Engie grinned. "Give the wrench back nicely or suffer under my hands."

Apparently, Pyro chose to suffer. He clenched the wrench harder, leaving his torso wide open.

"Fit yerself."

Engineer squeezed a few more times all alone the length of Pyro's sides before redirecting his hands to his stomach.

"MPHHH! Khehe HEHE!" Something akin to giggles could be heard from Pyro, muffled, and delighted, his laughter jumping an octave whenever Engineer switched the wiggling of his fingers to squeeze along the soft area. "Mphehe MMHE!"

"Aw, what's wrong?" Engineer teased, his hands now kneading Pyro's tummy like a dough. "Lil' troublemaker can't take it? It will all stop as soon as ya give me that wrench back. C'mon, it ain't hard task."

"MMH!" Pyro's hands flew away from his chest to flail. Still, one gloved palm remained gripped around the tool. "MEHEHE!"

Engie tried, he really did, but his smile inevitably switched from a teasingly smug one to a fond one.

"Careful with that." He chuckled while avoiding the wildly moving wrench.

Still, his tickling attack didn't cease but neither did Pyro's determination to keep hold on that wrench. Well then...

"Alright, time for big guns then."

With one hand still making Pyro laugh now by wiggling between his ribs, Engineer used his teeth to remove the glove from the other one. The gunslinger came into full view.

"MMPHHEHE!" Engie could feel Pyro jump under his touch.

"Yep, ya asked for this, smokey."

A low hum filled the air around the two mercenaries as the fingers of the mechanical hand started vibrating and Engie could almost see Pyro's eyes widening behind the mask. However, he didn't need his imagination when Pyro let out giddy giggles, his arms wrapping around his torso.

"Nah-ah." Engie wiggled one finger of his non-mechanical hand. "Shoulda thought of it before. Now however..." His hand gripped Pyro's free one and pinned it above his head while the vibrating gunslinger pushed against his suit on the now exposed armpit.

"MPPPHU! HEHEHMMHE!" A mess of laughter escaped Pyro's lips. Also, a mess were his reactions consisting of scrunching his shoulders and flailing his free hand. "MMMM!" His legs kicked against the floor.

"Tickle, tickle." Engie looked as peaceful and as patient as ever, definitely not like someone who had a squirming mercenary in their hands. "C'mon, I know yer too ticklish for that."

Whether Pyro meant to do that, or it was a result of ticklish meltdown would remain a mystery, either way the wrench fell from his hand and found its way next to the two on the floor.

"Now, would ya look at that." Engineer glanced at the discarded tool, a self-satisfied smile stretching on his face. "It seems it wasn't so hard." He let go of Pyro's wrist and moved the gunslinger away, leaving the other to catch his breath. "Now-" His eyes met the clock face. "Ah, damn it."

Pyro reacted by clapping his hands and letting out excited noises, though his movements were visibly slower, his voice breathier.

"You planned this, didn't ya?" Engie narrowed his eyes at the other. But then... "I suppose since it's too late to work without annoying everyone we might as well..."

"MMMPPH!"

Engie's hands were under Pyro's arms, now both of them. Because it might have been too late to comfortably make noises banging metal together but apparently not too late for muffled laughter to reverberate through the workshop.

As a lee - would rather be tickled on his thighs simply because they are more ticklish for him. As a ler? Whatever gets the better reaction from his lee, which is also probably thighs.

As a lee - sides, for the same reason as above. As a ler - sides also, unless back happens to be more ticklish on his lee.

🍇Would you rather tickle/be tickled on the feet or ribs?

As a lee - feet, you know the reason, he always will prefer being tickled on his more ticklish spot cause he's like that lol. As a ler - if we were to ignore the whole "which spot makes his lee react more" he prefers tickling feet because they're as far as possible form lee's hands so they're more helpless like that.

🍉Would you rather tickle/be tickled on the stomach or neck?

As a lee - his neck, it's his death spot so of course ;). But as a ler it's the tummy. You know this one medical thingy (?) where the doctor kinda pushes on the stomach to see if it's soft? Yeah, of course Medic does that. He just has more excuses to tickle tummies, not that he needs excuses but he likes messing with his lees like that.

The first thing I did was seeing this ask in my notifications and all I saw was text, so I didn't expect this to be a drawing and got so jumpscared but in the best possible way omg. Lee!Heavy! Madly ticklish on his tummy! Just the way I like this indeed! Everything about Medic's expression is exactly how I feel looking at it. I want that tummy tickled so bad mhmhmmhmh! Everything you put into this drawing 100% shows. Also, I'm so glad I found another lee!Heavy enjoyer.

I also can't help but thing that since Scout got left behind the door he hears all that and realized how close he was to dying being tickled. He freaking bolts. Overall, everything about this drawing makes me feel: 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤.
