If ya really think about it, Shinichi is a rich traumatic sad boi but we tend to forget about the rich part.

Edit: Adding onto this, Ok so the manor that Shinichi’s family live is thought to be haunted, referring back to that episode where the detective boys suggested to investigate the Kudo Mansion but didn’t knew it was the Kudo mansion. New headcannon is that the Kudo manor isn’t actually that expensive and Yusaku and Yukiko looked at the manor and was like YUP WE’LL TAKE IT.

Our home was completely destroyed, and my husband sustained a shoulder injury, leaving us without our means of livelihood or shelter.
