I’m calling it Crockerbark, and this theory is named Crockerbark Theory.

ALRIGHT heres my low cal pizza recipe once again
LOW CAL PIZZA- 155 cal for the whole thing!! (each slice is 19 cal)
Ingredients:
low cal tortilla (45 cal)
low cal cheese (40 cal)
whatever toppings u want (pictured is chicken (60 cal)
low cal red sauce (like 10 cal i just use a spoon and scoop a spoonful and a half!)
your favorite seasonings: i use oregano, parsley, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400 and prepare baking sheet.
Spray baking sheet w/ low cal cooking spray/ butter (i use 0 cal avocado spray) around the area your tortilla will lay. set down your tortilla and spray a little bit around the sides of the tortilla as well.
Place the baking sheet with the tortilla in the oven for 3 mins/ until the sides start lifting. 3 mins is usually enough!
Pull the baking sheet out and FLIP THE TORTILLA OVER (this is important) then start adding all your toppings and seasonings.
Put your dressed tortilla back into the oven for another 8-10 mins or until the cheese is melted.
Pull it out and cut it into 8 slices and BOOM there u go! You now have a full pizza thats the same amount of calories as ONE SLICE of regular pizza. and you cant even tell the difference 😛
its sososo yummy and i can eat a few slices and save some for the next day! so many topping options that can increase/decrease the amount of cals! i put some pics of the slices to get a better ID of the size! let me know if u make it!! 🤍🍄 x
