omg thank you so much!! honestly it's my biggest coping mechanism. writing just comes naturally to me, kinda like i'm vomiting the words up on the paper. i started writing out of desperation, because my voice wasn't being heard in real life. writing is like a safe haven in a lot of ways for me and many others. my advice would be to just write everyday, just write non stop. whatever comes to your head should be written down and then elaborated on. i also find taking inspiration from other mediums of art to be very helpful, especially paintings!
they should invent guns that don't kiss your forehead and tell you everything will be alright
