Carnivorous Ruse (a VERY popular base maker) has no self restraint in not starting new base projects, I understand having like 2 at once but they have their hybrid bases, new feathered bases, realistic headshots, baby bases, dinosaur bases, and probably more I'm forgetting!

They also are quite lazy when making their bases in my opinion, having a brush to make scales and using a circle tool when making the strange big Rainwing scales... it makes their bases look sloppy and like they put minimal care into them

EDIT: Okay I think y'all are misunderstanding "more than one applies." This is for one, singular Pokemon. So like, Mega Rayquaza is both a Mega and a Legendary. GMax Charizard is a Starter and a GMax. There aren't enough Pokemon like that to possibly account for 5% of the votes.
