THIS !! I can NOT stress this enough. OSDDID is not something fun to have, sure it has its positives (positive experiences) But it's still a trauma disorder. I'm tired of seeing radqueers on here saying "fuck you anti radqueers !! I'm gonna form a system becuase I can :3 I want dissociative amnesia ! I want horrifying flashbacks >w< and I want to have split headaches so bad they're crippling! >:3" I wish every radqueer, endo, pro endo, endo neutral a very get well. A very get educated. It hurts to see these types of people refuse to understand how NOT FUCKING FUN these DISORDERS are, which mind you are INVOLUNTARY. You cannot pick and choose having OSDDID.

DID is more than just having parts. Its also,

• amnesia

• confusion

• headaches

• nausea

• repeated childhood trauma

• anxiety

• spikes in fear. Anger. Or shame

• mood swings from parts

• body dysphoria

• depersonalization

• derealization

• self puzzlement

• loss of control

• flashbacks

• dizziness

And more.

DID is not "friends in your head" its traumatic, scary and uncomfortable. Its not fun it's a terrifying TRAUMA BASED disorder. And it should never be romanticized - Vesper

Playing God As a Child

I played God as a child.

At first, it was with the ridged bodies of earth worms, wriggling in the sun-kissed dirt as I clasped my pale fingers around their translucent bodies.

I had heard from my father, that worms had five hearts. I thought then, that they could be split into five separate beings, each with their own heart. I did not understand the worm needed all five. 

Does God not understand what we need the same way I didn’t?

Is that then, why he grew easily frustrated, ruining his projects with floods and plagues?

I would learn about him in Sunday school, I was taught that he loved all the children on earth, but then taught he often killed them as examples.

When I learned of the first born sons in Egypt, I remember wanting to cry. Were they not children too? Were they not some mother’s pride and joy. He took one of her hearts, and did not understand she needed them all. It was unfair, in my opinion, they were boys. I wondered if they had games they liked to play, I wondered if they had foods they loved and hated, were they night or day people? Who was their best friend? Who was their favourite person? What did they do all day? Did they like their jobs? Did they like their school? Weren't they kids too?

Unless it's truly something we shouldn't normalize ; zoophiles, pedophilia, rape, incest, grooming, the list goes on.

can you all shut the fuck up for a minute and reconsider how constantly demanding normalization only retrenches the moral position that weird = bad?

like no you're not actually going to be able to normalize a lot of stuff, because it's statistically unusual or aberrant. you can't normalize shit that is not by any definition normal.

what you need to do is fucking stand up for the weirdos, freaks, and deviants, and remind everyone who is normal that their position just makes them normal. not good, not right, not correct, not better, not perfect, not beyond reproach or improvement.

being weird isn't bad. stop normalizing that, already.
