HUNGER PAINS

It's nine o'clock. I had some fruit eggs and bread.

My stomach hurts a little, but not enough to make me eat

My period is finally over

I look less bloated and fat. I looked really good yesterday, but today I don't know. I had a bit of nuttella that now looking back I shouldn't have had,but I can't take it back.

When I get back, I'll ask for my father to buy popcorn, it's low cal with a lot of fiber

But yesterday I fasted for about 16 hours. I could've done more time, but I was getting dizzy cause of my period.I broke the fast this morning with a granny smith apple

Idk I'm bloated from my period, and my waist is looking huge.there is nothing to do about it.i still don't have a scale soo I don't If am 90lb or 100lb I know I still look kinda of skinny but i have definitely gained weight can't even see my collarbone anyone. But anyways, I took some pics and posted on my Twitter for some bmi guesses, and this person said I look bmi 18 know am worried that I am secretly fat and just thinking that am skinny.I think I'll wait till when my period has ended to take pics of myself and to see my weight.
