I don't today isn't the best day I am at the airport and feel really fat I ate breakfast so my dad won't suspect a thing when I get to my destination I'll tell them I ate then I won't eat it it my vacation and I should be allowed to eat but so conflicted on the one end this might be good for hair and mental health it might restart my metabolism which means I can go back to 15 quicker but idk
