(if youre thinking "taking deep breathes has never helped me before, this is stupid, i dont wanna do that" - thats okay, i get where youre coming from, but i really encourage you to try.)

so because I'm questioning my plurality I put together a list of "symptoms" that could explain it, I won't share them here unless anyone wants to see them but I think it's helping me figure things out

my species dysphoria affects ALL aspects of myself. some people seem to think it's just getting a tail and ears and suddenly all's well that ends well- but no. that's not what it's like for me. it runs so much deeper than that. this ENTIRE body is wrong- it's SPECIES dysphoria. my SPECIES is WRONG.
