Hiii my loves, today I would like to introduce you guys to a great time transposing method that was developed back in the 1980's to travel through different realities, but the fun part is we are gonna use it for the void state. It's super fun and easy method and hardly even spoke about in our community. The reason I want to share this method because I absolutely love methods that were developed in the 19's, the methods were practical and easy. The fun part is it takes about 10 minutes, ready to enter the void state? 🖤

What is the Arlinski method :

The transposing method is taking your consciousness,and body at times to another place or the void state. You can do this while walking, sitting it laying down. There's no hazards attached to this method. You need no guide. You are control of every single thing. Do what you want with this method, you are unlimited. Transposing is like dreaming, but this is another dimensional experience all together. You will have no fears or beliefs, just command yourself to be in the void and you will.

How to do the Arlinski method :

1. Find a comfortable quiet place, where you can either lay on your back or side. You can even do this before bed or in the morning <3.

2. As you laying down, slow down and relax your body TOTALLY. To help, tell yourself " relax, relax , relax, ". Let go of everything and de - tense all muscle's.

A simple technique to do this goes like this : tighten all your muscles, hold it, release it all slowly and relax.

3. Remember you are not clearing out all your thoughts, but watching them come and go. Your thought process will naturally begin to slow down.

4. Begin to slow your body down. Don't strain yourself in this doing this. Don't push this breathing, keep it relaxed. Slow down your breathing, Taking less air, each time your breathe. Slowing your breathing will help relax your body and slow it's function. As your breathing slows, it will obtain a certain rhyme and you will begin to experience vibration because your body will start to synchronise. Among these experiences, you will ringing in your eyes, your body will start to tingle, these just symptoms that you avoid ignore because you body is starting to separate it's consciousness. You will feel a shift in vibrations and you will feel a wave come over you as you reach full body synchronisation. You will feel a detached feeling from your body or even a floating feeling. This is you and your body syncing together. They are ready to be directed by you and your place of choosing. You are pilot, the navigator giving your mind instructions to take you to your desired place. You can repeat the word " void , void' . And your mind will instantly take you there.

♡ Relaxation: Start by relaxing your mind and body. Find a comfortable, quiet space where you won't be disturbed.

♡ Breathing Control: Gradually slow down your breathing. Take deep, slow breaths, making sure not to strain or create tension.

♡ Body Synchronization: As you continue to slow your breath, your body will begin to synchronize. You might experience vibrations or sensations in your body, similar to ringing in your ears.

♡ High Vibration: Your body will reach a high-frequency vibration state, signifying the beginning of the transposing process.

♡ Transposing Phase: During this phase, you can guide your consciousness to any place or time you desire. Your mind will act as a navigator, and you provide clear instructions. Repeat " void , void, " and you'll be there Instantly.

Enjoy the Experience: Once you've arrived at your chosen reality, you can interact with it and enjoy the experience.

Just heard shifttok moving to tumblr cus tiktok got banned in the US and I'm just making sure you guys understand that shiftblr is miles different from shifttok okay.

No one here is interested in drama. No one here CARES about drama, and we pretty much just mind our own business if we aren't sending useful and encouraging posts to each other and the community. And here's an important one.

If someone makes a post saying they believe in a certain thing that you dont, you leave them alone and scroll. You don't go trying to make debates in their comments and asks or try harassing them in their dms just because they do things differently to you. Just leave them alone.

Shiftblr is a peaceful place and there is no reason for there to be heated debates everywhere just because someone shifted to a reality where they are a different race. Please just leave them alone.

it’s okay to have doubts, i mean we’re humans after all. but don’t let them define wether you can manifest or not, you were meant to live the life you desire!

i was a girl who had so much going on in her life, depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, scared of going to school because i didn’t have any friends, i was the most introverted person you could’ve ever seen. but one day i was on youtube and found a video named “weight loss subliminal” i immediately clicked it, i was desperate to be skinny, to fit in the “beauty standards” and i was ready to do anything to have my desired body, so i clicked on that video, the comments were talking about the law of attraction, and how you attract everything you think about; even the negative thoughts. so i felt like it was an escape.

SPOILER: THE LAW OF ATTRACTION WAS NOT AN ESCAPE.

i would constantly try to keep my vibrations high, even while being a girl with such difficulty to even smile.

— that’s how bad i was doing, absolutely terrifying.

after years in the law of attraction community, i found the law of assumption. literally a miracle, and i’m so blessed to know about it.

when i saw all of these successes from people who also started by knowing about the law of attraction, i was hyped.

i had so many doubts, i’m not gonna lie to you. SO MANY DOUBTS would go through my head, from “will this work?” to “i don’t think it can be that easy” but i didn’t let that stop me, i wanted to prove it to myself, i had nothing to lose.

i started by affirming nonstop, scripting was my best friend, i was putting my all, i mean… it would determine if it was real or not.

after a couple of days…

i manifested: a new phone, my desired phone back then, an iPhone 13 pro max. i was literally so shocked, i could not believe it, literally speechless.

second thing i manifested: my desired body, and my desired face.

that’s when i said “this shit is real, this is no coincidence”

— my grandma always says coincidences don’t exist!

from there, i started manifesting so much. all those doubts made me stronger in a way, and i hope they give you that final push, my love.

now as of today: i’m living my dream life, and i can’t express how i feel, i’m not the depressed girl i used to be, i’m more kind, loving and caring. i take care of myself and others, and i’m living the way i always dreamed of.

I was gonna keep this private because id rather have the steps written down since its easier to get back to it rather than watch the video over again but consider this a lil gift!

★Step 1: Take 4 to 5 deep breaths using the breathing exercise: 4 sec in, 4 sec hold, 4 sec exhale

★Step 2: Put one hand on your forehead, and the other on your occipital lobe (the lower back of your head).

★ Step 3: While doing step 2; Imagine your desire. in this case, the void. SEE yourself being a master of the void, FEEL yourself entering the void, EXPERIENCE the relief of knowing that you always enter without any fail. AFFIRM that you ALWAYS enter the void. Imagine this as realistically as you can, using all your senses, and believe that it is already true.

★Step 4: State your desire out loud while doing step 2 for one to three minutes, and feel all the emotions that come with it (its ok if you dont feel any emotion btw). in this case, the void. Examples of this can be "i always wake up in the void" "i have mastered the void" "i enter the void effortlessly"

★Step 5: Redo step 2 and 4, and declare your statement to be true by saying "This is my new truth, and my new reality". Say this with as much certainty and truth as you can for however many times as you want. believe your statement as cold hard truth.

★Step 6: Open your eyes and breath in and out the same way you did on Step 1.

★Step 7: do step 6 while nodding your head or saying the word yes.

Reason and Logic are a limit, you are limitLESS.

Stop using logic. Stop making reasons why things are the way they are, because they will just limit you, especially when you want to change your assumptions or declare a new reality.

What I mean is, instead of going;

"Why don't they invite me with them? They must not like me, maybe I should wear more makeup and eat ninety-nine carrots per day like they do and I can fit into their group! I hope they like me!!"

Try going;

"They don't like me? Lol. Now they do."

See how much simpler the second example was? No overcomplicating, no making yourself confused because you're trying to make it make sense, no limiting. It just IS what it IS. There is no actual reason for ANYTHING, reason and logic are illusions, and it's just as easy to toss them out the door instead of trying to justify everything. No. You have what you want. That's it. No "because XYZ," no "how can I have it all if...." no reason. You just have what you want.

as the heading suggests no matter what situation it is ,always turn to imagination and fulfill urself there ,imagination won't ask u how long u have been in that mindset or do u got any different method to change this mindset.

again imagination doesn't care how much time u have been in the same mindset ,so view this situation of being stuck in this mindset for long as circumstance ,who says circumstances can only be in 3d nope ,labels are meant to serve u and u are not meant to serve label change them according to what benefits you

remember imagination is portal to your desired realities it won't deny to take u in your desired reality no matter what the circumstances are !

how to change mindset/assumption/beliefs

number 1 : why

always know why in the 1st place u are doing all this ,the answer is very simple u don't want your desires ,u actually want the feeling of having it.

number 2: who

as we all no ,there is no one to change but self but how can we change the self ,if we don't know the "self" itself, so it is important to know who are you and after knowing it check who are u identifying with.

so who are you ? u are pure consciousness ! you are not your 3d body ,the moment you start identifying yourself as pure consciousness this is the moment u will instantly get all your desires and all your problems will be solved ,it will take a few reminders to remind yourself who are u but trust me when you do it will feel really light !

how depends on you ! how to change those beliefs depends on you ,how to change your self depends on you ,ur goal is to change self//change the state/reality which you are identifying with

you can do this anyway, any thing that helps u feel the feeling and get into the state of wish fulfilled do it !

subliminals ? yes u can , repeat affirmations on loop ? yes you can, script ? yes you can ! visualize? yes u can, inner convo ? yes you can ,talking to subconscious ? yes you can ! just set intention ? yes you can, just decide and stick to it ? yes you can .

whatever you do ,stick to having your desire.

also here is the thing that made it easier for me to do it, understanding which feeling everyone is talking about :

feeling≠ emotions, the feeling everyone talks about is not an emotion, well yes u can get some emotions after getting into state of wish fulfilled but don't confuse it with this feeling ,the feeling everyone talks about is acceptance yes its done,its feeling of it being real and not a random day dream

if u look at it carefully tell me what is a belief ? a belief is a feeling of something being real , how did u get to the point when a single feeling turned into a belief ? repetition ! u felt it over an over knowingly and unknowingly that something is true and it turned into belief and resulting in it being your reality !

remember its not about from how much time u are doing all this ,its the frequency that matters ! its about how many times u returned to that feeling , is that feeling your dominant feeling ? here is your answer ,feel 10 times its not yours but to counter it feel 11 times its yours !

belief = feeling of something being true

returning to feeling/feeling the feeling= returning to state/reality

Self hypnosis to enter void.

Self-hypnosis is a naturally occurring state of mind which can be defined as a heightened state of focused concentration. With it, you can change your thinking, kick bad habits, and take control of the person you are—along with relaxation and destressing from everyday life. It's similar to meditation and results in a better you.

How to apply self hypnosis.

Get into comfortable clothing. It's pretty hard entering any kind of deep, relaxed state when all you can think about is the waistband of your jeans cutting off your circulation. So take this as an excuse to throw on some sweats. You want absolutely nothing distracting you.

Make sure the temperature is good, too. Have a blanket or a sweater ready if you run on the chilly side. Sometimes feeling warm can be very comforting, too.

Although some people prefer to lie down, you are more susceptible to sleep than when sitting up. Whether you sit or lie, ensure that you do not cross your legs or any part of your body. You may be in this position for a while and this could end up being uncomfortable.

No self-hypnosis is effective if it gets interrupted by a phone call, a pet, or a kid. Turn off your phone (and the alerts), lock the door, and sequester yourself. This is you time.

The amount of time you want to dedicate to this is up to you. Most prefer to be in a trance (we try to avoid that phrase as it has certain...err...negative connotations) for about 15 or 20 minutes, but you should also allow time to get in and out of it, too.

Figure out your hypnosis goals. Are you doing it just to relax? For self-improvement? To train your brain? If you're doing it to achieve a greater end (weight loss, void), prepare a list of affirmations. Self-hypnosis can be used just for relaxation, sure, but it can be for a number of life-enhancing things, too. Many use it to achieve their goals, change their thinking, or just as general positive reinforcement or motivation. Here are some examples of affirmations you could try: I'm capable of letting go everything that's stopping me to connect myself from my higher self or you can use void Affirmation you prefer .

Entering hypnosis

Close your eyes and work to rid your mind of any feelings of fear, stress, or anxiety. When you begin, you might find it difficult not to think. You may find that thoughts keep intruding. When this happens, don't try to force the thoughts out. Observe them impartially, and then let them slip away.

Alternatively, some like to pick a point on the wall and focus on it. It could be the corner, it could be a smudge, it could be wherever you want it to be. Focus on the point, concentrating on your eyelids. Repeat to yourself that they're getting heavier and heavier and let them close when you cannot keep them open anymore.

Recognize the tension in your body. Beginning with your toes, imagine the tension slowly falling away from your body and vanishing. Imagine it freeing each body part one at a time starting with your toes and working its way up your body. Visualize each part of your body becoming lighter and lighter as the tension is removed.

Relax your toes, then your feet. Continue with your calves, thighs, hips, stomach and so on, until you've relaxed each portion, including your face and head. Using imagery techniques of something you find comforting or soothing, such as water (feel the water rushing over your feet and ankles, cleansing them of tension) can be effective as well.

Take slow, deep breaths. When you exhale, see the tension and negativity leaving in a dark cloud. As you inhale, see the air returning as a bright force filled with life and energy.

At this point, you can use visualization as you so choose. Think of a lemon and cut it in half in your mind. Imagine the juices oozing out and getting over your fingers. Place it in your mouth. What's your reaction? How does it feel, taste, and smell? Then, move onto more meaningful visions. Imagine your bills blowing away in the breeze. Imagine you running off those pounds. Get as detailed as possible. Always think of your five senses.

Appreciate the fact that you are now extremely relaxed. Imagine you are at the top of a flight of 10 stairs which at the fifth step start to submerge into water. Picture every detail of this scene from the top to the bottom. Tell yourself that you are going to descend the stairs, counting each step down, starting at 10. Picture each number in your mind. Imagine that each number you count is further down and one step closer to the bottom. After each number, you will feel yourself drifting further and further into deep relaxation.

As you take each step, imagine the feel of the step under your feet. Once you are at the fifth step imagine and truly feel the refreshing coolness of the water and tell yourself that you are stepping into an oasis of purity and cleanliness. As you begin to descend the last five steps, start to feel the water getting higher and higher up your body. You should now start to feel somewhat numb and your heart will start to race a bit, but notice it and let any qualms about the situation just drift away into the water.

Feel a floating sensation.

Repeat your affirmation to yourself as many times as you wish.

And after some minutes you're on the void boom . You can use any mediation short ones beforehand to focus or use any subliminal i would suggest lotsumi and Arabella subliminal .
