Me, finishing a long X-men rant: — so yeah, my love for Gambit is now making me want to learn card tricks!
My date: I get that. If there’s anyone who’s made me want to learn card tricks though it’s Kaz Brekker.

I love how even in fanart Leo is almost never shown in the CHB shirts while everyone else is wearing their camp shirts
Like even in the fandom he doesnt belong with everyone else. He's the odd one out.
And the flip version is how Jason is almost always in his Camp Jupiter shirt in fanart when he wants to be apart of both camps
Even in the fandom he will live and die a Roman. He cant escape.
And thats why they should kiss
arcane s2 stans who shit on any act of zaunite retaliation against piltover but defend the use of the gray are the same type of people to watch Andor and say Luthen was just as bad as the empire and he should have fought an active fascist regime with the power of peaceful protest
My favorite flavor of character is the hardheaded booksmart female sidekick character but not in a "I'm not like other girls way" but in a "I understand their sensitivity and their feminity and the way they channel their trauma and the way they cope in a way no one else does and their just babies really and shouldn't be responsible for these stupid boys." And this makes me want to gatekeep them because so often in fandom spaces male characters are over glorified, over analyzed, and the female characters are there to either fight them, fuck them, or make them feel better but no one's doing that for the girls.
Examples of such characters include:
Annabeth Chase
Hermione Granger
Leia Organa
Katara
CJ Cregg
And to be clear I HAVE seen fandom spaces where these girls are given the love they deserve and some of it is definitely to the fault of their writers. ALL THAT BEING SAID, I'm really tired of seeing so many potential ways to dive into characters and watching it be ignored by the fandoms.
Thank you for coming to my ted talk
kleya marki character of the century. everybody else shut the fuck up
I truly believe that none understood the doctor more than Rory Williams the man that never shied away from telling the doctor exactly how dangerous he is how unhuman he could be but still saw him as his family and loved him like his family , Rory is one of the few companions that saw the doctor for who he truly was with all his faults and still accepted him and let's be honest Rory is the most similar companion to the doctor
