it’s instant. you are pure consciousness and are not tied down to one reality over another. no matter what happens, remind yourself that because you did it in imagination, it is done period. the 3d obeys what you pay attention to.

Things to remember about shifting

It's ok if you can feel your CR. Your awareness shifts and THEN your senses follow.
YOU as a consciousness shift before your senses do. Don't sit and obsess over what you are experiencing physically because your senses are not the determining factor of your reality your awareness is.
2:
You always have the ability to shift. It doesn't go away just because you're "stuck" in this reality. It is an ability that you have always had. You can shift ALREADY.
Stop telling yourself that you have to do something before you can shift. You don't have to solve every blockage you've ever had, you don't have to drink a magic potion, you don't have to obtain some "key"
You are not trying to obtain the ability to shift. The ability to shift is inherent.

You are not waiting on anything but yourself.
I know that may be triggering to hear and you're probably saying "well then why haven't I?". That is because you are consistently selecting a reality which proves to you what you already believe.
Your subconscious mind believes ANYTHING you tell it and then provides proof of it. If you tell it you're stuck it will do its job and prove that to you.

You are more than your body. You have the potential to be anything that ever was or ever could be. You are not your senses you are not your body you are not your thoughts. You are pure potential. You are the universe experiencing itself.
There are no limits except the ones you give to yourself. You are the operant power of your reality. You alone have full control over when you shift.

You cannot shame yourself better. Hating yourself, comparing yourself to others, being cruel to yourself because you "aren't doing good enough" has never helped you. If you only have one person in your corner it should be you. If you have only one person telling you to keep going it should be you.
On days when everything seems out of your control you can control how you treat yourself. You deserve kindness and patience too. It's ok if you have setbacks. It's ok if you got off track.
It's ok to trust yourself. It's ok to tell yourself you're good enough and that what you're doing is enough. It's ok to tell yourself that you're good at this.
6:
You can feel like shit and still shift. You are not doomed to this reality just because you feel things deeply. It's ok to feel scared or sad or disappointed. You are doing good enough even if you're feeling like total shit. Suffering is not evidence of damnation.

sometimes i feel like people forget that shifting is supposed to be fun.it’s not meant to be this stressful, pressure-filled thing where you beat yourself up for not “doing it right.”
it’s supposed to be peaceful. exciting. freeing.
you’re literally tapping into your imagination, your energy, your own magic.you’re supposed to feel good about it. light. inspired.
not guilty, not panicked, not comparing yourself to others.
Be gentler with yourself and make it fun again.

How I Manifest in Detail
I discovered the Law of Assumption around October 2023. At first, I didn’t understand how the law worked. I ended up in an endless loop: affirming to get something, seeking validation from the outside, and then feeling demotivated because I saw no movement. This led me to overconsume information from tons of different coaches, repeating the same cycle over and over.
Then I asked myself: “Why waste time trying to change a mirror when the real reality is what’s inside of me?”
I stopped seeking validation from the 3D. I kept doing everything I needed to do in the 3D, but deep down in my heart, I knew my desires were already real in the 4D. I persisted in this belief: I already have what I want.
I stopped overconsuming content about the law because if I already have what I want, there’s no need to keep chasing it.
It happens. I’m human, and it’s normal. I take a deep breath and affirm to remind myself that I already have it. If I catch myself seeking validation from outside, I close my eyes and visualize.
If the 3D gets tough, here’s my advice: observe, don’t absorb. Don’t ignore your reality, but if you see something negative, remember that it’s already done. At first, it might feel uncomfortable or strange, but with persistence, it becomes so much easier.

Be done with it.
The reason you're stuck where you are is you're still thinking from the mental state of "I don't have it yet" or "I'm trying to have it" instead of letting yourself think from it. I do mean letting yourself.
Pushing yourself and making yourself do more and more to "ensure" it works is often because you are still thinking about it as if it can't happen.
If you're struggling to manifest and trying to "lock in" your mindset right now may revolve around harsh correction and trying to force yourself into doing the right things.
The thing is, often in this state we end up reaffirming two things:
That we do not have it
You need to do something in order to have it.
Maybe you "locking in" sounds something like this internally: "I would have it if I-" "I just need to-" "if only I could-" "when I finally-"
What are these all implying? That you do not have it and that what you are doing is not enough to have it.
So what should you be thinking? You should be thinking as if you already manifested it. There is NO reason to be thinking from the "trying mindset" if you are attempting to live in the end. It's living in the end not living in the "im almost there, once I do this I will be"
It's not that methods are bad, I advocate for them. As someone who struggles with vague instructions, I find then to be extremely helpful. The problem is manifesting that your method never works or that you need to do something different in order for it to work. Thinking that it isn't working is manifesting it not working.
You have to let your method be enough. You have to accept that accepting it is enough. It is that easy.
