Just because there is food in front of you does not mean you have to eat it.

How to be a pretty girl
Take a shower at least once a day
Wash your hair 2/3 times a week
Shave 2/3 times a week
Scrub your body once a week
Always apply deodorant
Wash your face twice a day
Always remove your makeup before going to bed
Always apply moisturiser on your skin
Scrub your face every two weeks
Scrub your lips at least once a week
Apply lip balm when you wake up and when you go to bed (and whenever you feel like)
Brush your teeth after every meal
Keep your eyebrows clean and in order
Keep your nails in order

Always apply makeup
Always wear nail polish on your toe nails

They are in the kitchen making dinner. It smells so good, and all you want to do is have some. But would that make you happy? Would that food actually do anything for you? Sure, it would taste good. But as soon as you swallow, it would be gone. You’d take a drink of water, and the taste would wash away. Five minutes of fun, and then you’d be full. Full of food, regret, hate, shame, and disgust. Today would be yet another day wasted. So go ahead, eat the food. Be the fat tub of lard you always have been. Or don’t. Don’t eat the food. Be a day closer to your goal.
The choice is yours.

reminders: -take breaks if you need to -stay safe ••• I use this on 300 cal days with the 100 cal workout to get a negative calorie intake, and it helps with getting toned ♡
my professor passed around 5lbs of fat today in nutrition class. and lemme tell y’all, that shit is so nasty. if you’re ever feeling down because you “only lost five pounds,” please google a pic of what five pounds of fat looks like. that jiggly, soft shit was inside you, and you vaporized it. it’s gone and you did that. be proud. keep going.
